Love visiting AK Smiles. Best dentist office I’ve ever been to. I recommend them to all of my friends. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and bubbly. My visits always feel personalized and my care is their top priority. Can’t wait for my next cleaning :)

Alaska Smiles will make you feel like family. The office staff cheerfully greeted me on arrival and wait time was less than two minutes. Dr. Johnson made an initial exam and treatment recommendation immediately after seeing x-rays and related a personal story that connected with me. Brook, my hygienist, was gentle and efficient, even accommodating my shoulder sling while reclined for cleaning. I actually look forward to my next visit!

The staff and doctor have excellent customer service and a caring and friendly staff. Dr. Johnson and staff are always concerned for your comfort and go out of their way to ensure your comfort, from chair settings, tv shows, to pain management. I would recommend this office to anyone needing a family dentist.

I've been with Alaska Smiles for several years now. I especially appreciate the friendly staff. The office manager always remembers me and is very helpful with insurance, billing, etc. We always get personal reminder calls for appointments. The office has been newly remodeled and is very modern and comfortable. I also enjoy chatting with the friendly hygienists and appreciate that they are gentle with my teeth. Would recommend Alaska Smiles to anyone looking for a modern take on dentistry and friendly staff.

Dr. Johnson and his team are absolutely awesome: Michelle has been a wonderful dental hygienist who is extremely thorough and kind, Lyuba is an attentive dental assistant that doesn’t hesitate to go the extra mile, Kathy and Sara have made scheduling and billing smooth, and Dr. Johnson is highly professional yet down to earth and takes the time to address any concerns.
Everyone there is very caring and I have no reservations in highly recommending Alaska Smiles!

I was very impressed with Alaska Smiles. I was in Anchorage visiting my daughter from out of state, when I started having problems with a tooth. They got me in quickly and fixed my problem the same day. Everyone, from the office staff to the dentist were kind and very helpful. If I lived in Anchorage this is where I would be going for my dental needs.
