I had an enjoyable and educational experience with the front desk staff, Brook, Luba, and Dr. Johnson this morning. There was practically no wait time; even though I arrived early, they were ready for me to come in. After some friendly talk and paperwork, Brook took me back and did a great job making me feel comfortable and educating me about my dental situation while taking x-rays, cleaning, and examining. Luba’s always pleasant and on point and it was nice to chat with her. I appreciate Dr. Johnson’s professional, laid back approach as he explained what’s going on, informed me of my options, and advised what the next steps will be. Great job!

I really appreciate all the staff at Alaska Smiles! They are always thorough and are conscientious of making sure I am comfortable. Another wonderful visit! Brooke is fabulous with my kids and they love Dr. Johnson as well! They accommodate all 3 of us and we are in and out! They are very thorough and have always made appropriate recommendations and referrals when needed. We love this office!!

Alaska Smiles is the greatest dental experience you will ever have! I have had no less than the most excellent treatment from every appointment I've had there. Dr. Nielsen, Lyuba, Siobhan and the rest of the staff are the best at they do and I will happily continue to be a patient there.

Dr Johnson and his staff are very courteous and welcoming on my visits to their office. A visit to the dentist is not high on my list of activities that I enjoy but him and his staff are professional and good natured in making it an experience that is not unpleasant.
I highly recommend them for the way they conduct business. They have always been accommodating on schedule changes and were able to see me when unexpected dental problems occurred.

My first ever dental emergency occurred on a Friday after business hours. Isn’t that when most bad things happen? Dr Johnson helped my husband take care of me via text when I was in debilitating pain. Antibiotics and pain meds were called in to our local pharmacy and an appointment was scheduled within 5 minutes. Better than any emergency room service. Alaska Smiles Family Dentistry saved my sanity. This is one of those occasions when you’re happy you listened to your mother (mother-in-law in this case) when she encouraged me to try her dentist. Working with them has been a Wonderland experience - They care for more than just your teeth and are there to assist you with your dental goals and dreams.
