Dr. Ong and Excel did an amazing job with my cleaning today! They explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

My son and I needed an exam and cleaning, and in this COVID-19 world I was worried it was going to be impossible. I called, got an appointment easily, and the process was very smooth.
I was seen by Dr. Jones, she was gentle and thorough, by far the best cleaning I have had in years!
My son saw Dr. Choi, had 2 fillings done and a cleaning. He left without any pain, and told me he "liked these guys, the last dentist I felt like all they did was stab you and cause me pain".
They were also very transparent with all costs.
The entire staff friendly and accommodating.

My husband and I had our appointment today. It’s convenient to make an appointment with their clinic, they’re very accommodating. The clinic is clean and tidy, the Ms Aby was at the reception and was the one who called to confirm our appointment prior to coming. There was no waiting time at the clinic, they accommodated according to our confirmed schedule. I had my x-ray, cleaning, polishing and wisdom tooth extraction all in a little over an hour. Dr. Woo and Faye were the ones who did the procedures and treatments. It went quick and breezy. They treat patients well like old time friends. Our dental insurance were Aetna and Delta Dental and we got good coverage. I highly recommend this clinic and the people here. They close by 6pm when we were here but they extended their work hours just to finish the treatments. Great team, keep it up! :)
*and they have a goodie bag too with a toothbrush, toothpaste, a pen, floss and lip balm! ❤️

I have gone to BtY multiple times for various issues. Their staff is friendly and attentive to your needs and concerns. This part made me feel safe, despite the severe pain I was in, and helped me relax. Their technicians were very accommodating, and receptive to concerns surrounding procedure. In my personal experience, I’ve had two separate extractions, of wisdoms. While the procedure was taking place, the communication and care in helping me manage pain, was at worst, fantastic. I truly felt my concerns were valued, as opposed to feeling invalid in them. Overall, over the course of multiple visits, I have no negative experience to even reflect upon. Even recently going with my girlfriend, for her pain, they exhibited the same level of professionalism, and care they gave me. Their staff are absolutely amazing, and I always go to them for my dental concerns.

Amazing! My daughter had treatment done that required numbing with a needle and Dr. Cho did such a great job, my daughter didn't even realize it was happening! We both had such a great experience! They are very helpful and upfront about payment. Friendly staff to include calling in for an appointment, sorting out insurance, and very gentle during cleanings or dental work. I do feel that I got exceptional care from every individual involve .

Everyone here was very welcoming and kind. I went here 2 days straight for cleaning, filling, and for removing my wisdom teeth. Dr. Kenny took his time and got the job done very efficiently. Dr. Park removed my wisdom teeth quickly with no problems and minimal pain. The assistant, Claribelle, was nice and helpful. Overall, a great dental clinic!

Was an absolutely terrible experience. Clinic was clearly over booked. Patients were waiting forever. Will never return.
