BTY is by far the most clean, efficient and organized dentistry in Anchorage! I've been to two different locations and have had excellent experiences with both. The staff are always courteous and ensure maximum comfort during everyone's favorite past time of getting their teeth scraped, gums stabbed, and roots canaled! The doctor's are always patient and are very informative and communicative on the procedures being performed.
I had a "permanent" veneer that was shoddily done by South Anchorage Dental Center and would come off every 6 months to a year, and they would refuse to glue it back on for free even though they did the fitting incorrectly. BTY crafted a crown to replace this, and the temporary crown that BTY installed was a perfect fit and 100 times stronger than their veneer. The permanent crown installed now firmly stands proud and strong thanks to the care and attention to detail given by BTY!
Equipped with modern tools, techniques and a young attentive staff with adept knowledge and courteous professional attitudes, I'll be recommending BTY Dental to anyone looking for a quality dentistry!

I had a bridge done less than two years ago at BTY and it broke last week while on vacation. So, about this bridge. I had it done but when I went home and the novocaine wore off I could tell that I couldn't close my teeth properly. I called THREE times but nobody would call me back. Finally, I went into the place and told the person that I wasn't going to leave until I could close my jaws properly. A very grumpy dentist finally showed up and ground the bridge down in the correct places and I could finally close my jaw. Now, between one and two years later this bridge broke while on vacation. I made an appointment and there was no mention of any charges for this appointment. I arrive and they wanted $105 to check out the bridge that I paid thousands of dollars for. I said fine. I finally left after waiting for half an hour and no dentist showed up. My other bridge, directly left of this bridge done by my favorite dentist Dr Hebertson (retired) has been in my mouth for over 24 years without a problem. It’ll probably be there another 24 years. The BTY bridge that I paid over twice as much for couldn't even make it two years. I'm beyond frustrated getting ripped off by dentist after dentist.

I actually booked my appointment for the Dimond location and went to the Abbott location by mistake. The office transferred my appointment to the Abbott office no problem. After my exam and cleaning I was quoted for two minor surfacing cleaning which they were able to do right after my cleaning. The Denist was even able to do one of my fillings without numbing.
