Appointment scheduling was was available same day and at convenient time. Dr. Park was very thorough in the cleaning and explaining the procedures. Faye my hygienist was also thorough and knowledgeable

First things first, I wanted to check in on my teeth since its been about 6 years since I last saw a dentist. I get a referral from a friend and called up bty Dental, and I get a same day walk-in appointment on a Monday. Then after never using any insurance, the front staff got my insurance plan all sorted out, and all I did was fill out a few pieces of paper. Then I get an enthusiastic assistant named Tricia, who was very open about sharing stories and kept me well entertained and laughing during my visit. Then after all the cleaning, the first dentist wan't an expert in what I needed done to my teeth, so a man called Dr. Man drove all the way from Diamond in rush hour traffic to meet me. After the wait Dr. Man talked about what I wanted, made sure it was possible, then cleaned my teeth without slipping and hitting a gum or without pricking my tongue with the scrapper, which did happen in the past at another place, which I can't remember since I was so young. After that they made sure to point me where I needed to go to get braces that I need and sent me on my way.
Overall, I liked how efficient they were, and especially through. The only bad thing I could point out was just the dental visit itself, since getting your teeth cleaned kinda feels funny to me since I haven't had it done in years. But if anyone reading this has gotten to this point of my review and is deciding on their next dental visit, give these guys a try, if you don't like them write out a paragraph long review about what bothered you and help them improve what they're doing incorrectly.

Their amazing staff make you feel welcome from the second you walk in, and the highly skilled technicians make sure that you are provided with the best care possible. I had such a great experience from cleaning to fillings. If you need ANY dental services I HIGHLY recommend bty dental!

I hate going to the dentist. Hate it. But bty Dental was such a great experience. The enviroment was calm and relaxing. I usually go to ANMC, but decided to give bty a try. Sydney was awesome! She assured me everything would be ok when I started to feel anxious. Friendly and professional.
Doctor Man was quick and thorough. Pulled my wisom tooth in minutes. I definitely recommend this place.

Dr.cha was great, fastest and most painless root canal I've ever had. Well as painless as they can be, what I'm trying to say is he did a great job and the office staff/helpers were great as well!
