If you have insurance and means to go elsewhere do. They were running something like 40 minutes behind when I tried to get a basic cleaning here. They clearly have no respect for their patients.

Brandon was very helpful from when i walked in. Very polite and made sure i was comfortable. Thank you Doctor Cha for your patience and hospitality. We got the rotten tooth pulled out i will be back to take care the rest.

Called for a walk in appointment and was able to get seen immediately for my root canal procedure and other cavities! They were quick and attentive to my needs. Dr.Cha and his assistant Semi were great, I will be back for my next dental visit.

I came in last minute with a broken tooth and they got right on it! They even stayed hours past closing time for a root canal and my what a difference it has made! Back for another appt for today! I look forward to seeing Dr Choi and Dr Song, along with the wonderful assistants.

I had a broken tooth that had an abscess, and I was in a lot of pain. I called and was able to get in right away. The Doctor and his Assistant were Awesome! They were both knowledgeable and informative. Not to mention very funny and friendly. Since the tooth could not be saved, I was able to have it extracted right then and there to eleviate the pain. Dr. Song did a Great job at numbing the area and the extraction was painless. There was pressure, but NO Pain! LOL. After the extraction, the Assistant did an Awesome job on my after care instructions and I will be seeing them again next week! The worst part of my visit was the big truck that splashed me on my walk home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BTY DENTAL FOR ALL YOUR DENTAL NEEDS!

Dr. Song, Cindy, Anton, and Sue were amazing from the very moment I walked in. Dr. Song and Cindy were very patient and helpful. They listened to concerns and accommodated my anxieties. Anton and Sue were great, too! Took the time to explain the paperwork and financials. Then, managed to take care of what I needed while staying within my budget! 10/10 I can’t wait to go back to get more work done around November (and I don’t handle the dentist well .. like at all lol so that’s saying something)

It was an overall good experience, they took time to explain the insurance and co pay and were mostly kind and patient. I get nervous about the dentists. But I think the waiting room and from desk clerk were nice aswell. They say "welcome back" which is a nice touch. 😁

Dr. Cha, Mackenzie, and Cindy did an amazing job on my husbands teeth. They made it so comfortable for us to be there. Recommend them very much . The office we went to is on Artic. Thank you so much for relieving his pain! 👍👍👍👍👍
