Today was my first time going to BtyDental, and I have to say, everyone was very nice. I went to the Arctic location where EJ, the dental assistant, and Dr. Cha helped me. They were really friendly, funny, and they answered all my questions. THANK YOU EJ, Dr. Cha, and the rest of Bty employees who helped me for making my first experience great!

My experience there today started out great. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. I got there and was treated really nicely untill i got into the chair, the dentist that seen me had nice words but he hurt me and not only once, when je gave me the shot in the mouth he did not wait untill the numbing jell did its job so I felt the whole shot. Then he did not numb me very well so I still felt everything. And if that was not bad enough he did a root canal and told me to go home and take ibuprofen. So I am in severe pain and its only getting worse. He lied to me saying that they no longer perscribe medication for pain and when I caught him in that lie he said he will not because I am in treatment. So now he has a bias against people trying to live a better life. I do not believe that he should have worked on my mouth, if he knew he was not going to perscribe me the proper medication he should have informed me of this before he worked on my mouth.
