Dr Han was so amazing and helpful. He knew how nervous I was about treatment, yet he really took care of me. Kelli made feel so comfortable, she was so gentle and helped me relax through my treatment. And my last assistant was great as well.... i think her name is SJ. She was fine. i love byt, and will be recommending to everyone.

Had a cracked tooth extraction (2- Second Molar) done (by Dr. Cha and his assistant Mackensie) that was amazingly painless and fast. Their office got me scheduled in the very same morning I called. Great 'Chair-side manner' by both dentist and assistant. I highly recommend the btyDental-Arctic crew.

Easy and quick to schedule an appointment, any day available and late in the evening. Very friendly staff. Clean and quiet office. The dentist (forgot his name) was very thorough, calm and easy to discuss with. He made sure that I didn't feel any pain and was very understanding of any issues. I can highly recommend this dental office!

This is a completely creepy, assembly-line dental practice. They didn't listen to my concerns and didn't explain what they were doing. It was so bad I literally had to walk out of the appointment without getting treated. Not recommended.
