Finally, a honest Dentist and staff who heard my concerns and did a great job. Dr. Kim provided an outstanding exam, was careful during repair and cleaning. He complimented and provided excellent personal instructions, that was so different from past experiences when other arrogant dentists criticized to the point I avoided dental visits for the past 10 years. Thank you Dr. Kim for restoring my trust and building my confidence.
And a big appreciation to the staff, Jerr and Derr! Obviously my concerns and lack of trust were conveyed to Dr. Kim. My pre-exam was performed carefully, and my billing questions were answered thoroughly. I do apologize if I was too demanding in my request through each process for detailed information on what exactly was to be performed and any associated costs.
Overall, this was the best experience I have ever had in a dental office. The customer care was memorably outstanding, the professionalism was excellent, and the expense was reasonable!
