When my dentist past away over a year ago I tried 3 different dentist and just couldn’t find anyone I was happy with until I found south anchorage dental center. They were very compassionate and gentle. Best of all they are in network with both of my insurance Metlife and guardian. I will definitely be sticking with them.

Calm, respectful, explained procedures and how/why certain things needed to be done when I was nervous. It was boring, which is a relief when the alternative is anxiety.
I wish the website was updated with all of its staff though, so I can give praise to specific members.

This is by far the Best Dentist I've ever been too! I had a broken wisdom tooth pulled out today and had almost 0 pain during the entire process and very little discomfort(Mainly just a bit of pressure for a second). I have a fear of needles as they make me woozy/sick and high anxiety levels and I have to say this dentist has an amazing talent in making sure the numbing process is 100% pain free and then when it came time to pull my wisdom tooth, I literally had no idea once it was pulled out as there was absolutely no pain and very little pressure..Highly Recommend for people that have any anxiety or fears doing dental procedures. I also have no current insurance and the prices are very good compared to other dentists but the service is Unmatched! The crew at South Anchorage Dental Center needs to be given awards for how well they handle everything from A to Z ... Best in the Business!

I was experiencing a severe tooth ache early in the morning and needed to be seen right away. Dr. Green responded immediately to my cry out for help and told me it wouldn’t be a problem and to come in.
Upon arrival, Dr. Green and his staff were expecting me and got me back to a room right away. They took x-rays and he numbed the area immediately. He discussed with me a couple different options I had and then he came up with a treatment plan. Dr. Green had a great sense of humor and was sympathetic. The whole staff were very professional throughout my visit.
I couldn’t of asked for a better crew to take care of me. I have a lot of dental anxiety, and from the moment I walked through the door, I felt all of that anxiety and fear vanish. From the front desk to the chair - I was impressed with every interaction.
