Called the emergency line for a tooth removal around 9pm and had to leave a message. The dentist called me back within 20 mintues and offered me an 8am appointment the next day. We do not have insurance, but we were still taken care of in a timely manner and treated with compassion. They took the best care of my husband that I could have asked, and wrote us a prescription to get him through the next few days. All dental work is expensive but service and care at South Anchorage Dental is top notch.

I went to South Anchorage Dental for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did! My previous dentist told me I needed a root canal and it would cost 2,800$. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Smith who examined the tooth and advised I only needed a filling which I was able to have done right then and there. The front office staff was so kind and helpful as well as the dental assistant who took my x-rays. I will never go anywhere else!
