I had a tooth prepared for a crown and had an old filling replaced while under sedation. I woke up to a painful jaw but was assured that it was normal and it would be fine in a day or two. I called 3 days later in extreme pain and Dr Green refused to take a look at what was going on. He was too busy to see me. When I went in to get the permanent crown he said I had a pulled muscle in my jaw due to keeping my mouth open for a prolonged time. It was extremely painful for two weeks. I was unable to open my mouth very wide or chew. At five weeks since the dental work, I am still experiencing discomfort and need to be very careful when chewing. The dental work on the two teeth has not bothered me any at all but my jaw is really messed up. It has been a painful 5 weeks. I do not recommend Dr Green for this reason. And really, I know things like this can happen sometimes but he should have made time to see me when I was in painful distress.

I had an appointment this week at their new location and it’s amazing! Beautiful, welcoming and clean office. Dr. Green and staff are still fabulous as always, listens to my concerns and so gentle on my teeth!

Great staff. Treated me with the best care. After been traumatized by other dentist. Dr. Green and his staff treat me like they care about the fact I was traumatized. They made my procedures painless. Thank you all so much.

I was met by extremely well experienced receptionist, very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. The teeth cleaning gal very informative and gentle, Dr. very expressive on details answering every little question. I highly recommend Woodside Dental!

Great customer service at check in. Nice comfortable. high tech facilities. On time appointment, no delays. Dentist and assistants were friendly professionals and explained procedures and did a fine job filling two teeth without pain or discomfort. Whole process took less than an hour. Very pleased.

I haven't seen a dentist in yrs. due to my bad experiences in this area. As a senior adult, changes aren't accepted easily. These folks put all my fears at ease. I feel that Woodside Dental, Derek Greene, DDS, and all his entire staff were compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly, and truely cared about all my concerns. I look forward to my future visits.

I walked in with anxiety up the roof and the nice front desk lady said its gonna be ok. Andrew was amazing in explaining everything in detail and than Dr. Green came inside and help me understand more about what procedure needs to be done first. I have never talk like this with a dentist and explained everything in detailed. I wish everyone will pay a visit to Woodside Dental and get the best treatment ever before getting to your appointment. Blessings 🫶🏽

The staff were super nice. I think it was Paisley who did my cleaning I don’t know if I got her name right but, she did such a good job. The Dentist and Dental assistant were able to get me out of there super fast and did a great job as well! Highly recommend :)

I came to Woodside in pain with a life long fear of dentistry. Just thinking about laying back in the chair….. Most of us get that sinking sick feeling. But I was treated like a real human with a pain and needed tooth repair. No one shamed me for not going in regularly treated my pain and are making it possible for me to go back for more work. This just doesn’t happen without professional empathetic understanding and talented doctors and office staff. Thank you
