Dr. Crookston is a very patient focused professional, honest, caring, and knowledgeable. I had an excellent experience! I left their office without having to pay and with all the information and help they could give. They were extremely considerate toward my issue:
I had come in with my own x-ray to see if they could perform a wisdom tooth extraction. They needed to take an extra x-ray (which they didn’t charge me for), and were honest and straight-forward that they were unable to perform what I’d asked. Too dangerous. They referred me to an oral surgeon and allowed me to leave with an apology and not having to pay a dime. They were supportive, honest, and informative.

I found Dr. Brett online when I needed immediate treatment. I needed somewhere new to go after having a horrible experience with Dr. Walter in Wasilla. The new office got me in the same day and accommodated the work I needed and even offered to fix a couple more issues while I was there. They were funny, down to earth professionals. I was provided a thorough explantation of benefits and a treatment plan. So glad I found my new dentist!!

Had Jaw and tooth pain and they fit me in to their schedule. Cleaned gum and tooth area and gave me antibiotics which alleviated pain so I could get home to my regular dentist. Exactly what I wanted!
