I have a relative that has been going to this office for over a year. She originally went for dentures or a partial, and has been going back every few months for regular cleaning. My relative was very nervous and overwhelmed with the procedure. Thankfully the staff at Dr, Clausen's office were warm and welcoming, and made the experience easier considering the amount of work required. I have been going for years to this dentist now and have never had anything but a positive experience. The staff is always really nice plus they always remember you and greet you with nice hello. I was able to get in and be seen right away and best experience ever considering I have fears of going to the Dentist. Blair and the other assistants and staff are awesome I can't leave them out.

Office and billing departments are very unhelpful and rude. Todate we have paid 5600. 00. Will pay 1743.00 tomorrow when the realignment o f wifes uppers are done. After that we will no longer use this dental office.
