First impressions, everyone is extremely nice. The place does not feel like a office. It is decorated very well. The hygenist Holly wad super nice and friendly. Very well educated such an easy treatment. The dentist himself was very nice and gave me many options for my teeth grinding. For the first time coming to this place, i will be back. I just went for my routine check up and was told I need a little work however to my surprise the out of pocket cost was not to bad. I have been a patient at Gentle Family Dentistry years and I have never been disappointed. After a while my sister even switched to this office because I like them so much. The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating. I have gone to Dr. Clausen for everything from cleanings (Lori is a wonderful hygienist whom I just saw last week) to major procedures such as wisdom teeth removal and have received nothing short of the best care possible. If you are looking for a new dentist in the west valley for any procedure I highly recommend this office!

I am new to the Avondale area and needed to establish with a dental provider. My daughter and close friends have been patients of Dr. Clausen for over 5yrs and recommended him.
I initially had just a cleaning done, which then lead to having issues with my teeth. I had 2 crowns placed thus far and will need a third crown.
The experience of having my 2 teeth prepped for the crowns went well without any pain or discomfort. I anticipate that the third crown will be just the same. The staff as well as Dr.Clausen were friendly, professional, and very helpful.
Going to the dentist is always anxiety provoking, however, at Gentle Family Dentistry, the level of apprehension and fear were alleviated.
Would recommend Dr. Clausen and Gentle Family Dentistry to all my friends and relatives.

Been coming here for about a year after seeing my previous dentist for about 25 years! Very friendly staff and comforting surroundings. I have enjoyed excellent treatment here while receiving two caps and other work. Never any pain, even during the usual numbing procedure, which makes the experience less stressful. Dental Assistant Blair in particular has been very pleasant and made my temporary caps feel as good as the real cap while I waited for the new caps. Highly recommend this dentist and staff who work together to make every appointment more relaxing.

Haven’t been to the dentist for about five years so I wasn’t sure what to expect but everyone was very nice. Checking in and out was a breeze and I was seen immediately. The dental hygienist Holly was wonderful. Very gentle and took the extra steps to ensure I was comfortable. You leave with a nice goody bag of dental loot too!
