I resisted the urge to give this location a bad review 2 weeks ago after they wheeled me out after a double extraction (w/gas) and handed me off to my driver without any care instructions, but I just had a piece of a tooth wiggle its way out of one of my extraction sites and that's a deal breaker in my book.
I remember when this was a great dental office, how sad it changed hands.
I'll be finding a new dentist.

I've been a patient of the Dentists of Chandler for several years but I will no longer be using them for my family's needs. They charged me for x-rays that were supposed to be covered 100% by my dental insurance during my bi-annual cleaning. On a three way conference call with my insurance and their office, the person from the office was rude and asked if they could hang up and get off the phone. They first claimed that the extra charge was for the doctor's exam and then changed their story and said it was for five extra x-rays. I guarantee you that no extra x-rays were ever taken nor did I ever discuss or give permission for extra x-rays to be taken. They did a similar thing to a friend of mine that I had referred to them a couple of years ago for a crown he needed. It took him months of fighting with them to get his $1,300.00 back. I should have never given them the benefit of doubt.

Came here and got a 2nd opinion. 1st dentist said I needed 4 crowns. This dentist identified my TMJ issue. Good customer service and location. Saved me a headache and money not needed to be spent on procedures not needed. I recommend them.

I normally am terrified of the dentist office but everyone was so sweet and patient with me making sure I understood everything and was okay with treatment . I have to tip my hat to aubrione at the front office she checked in with me several times before my appointment and made sure to offer me options with billing !!!

Recently had to leave Dentists of Chandler after several scheduling mistakes due to their system for all members of our family (at different times). We've had appointments cancelled same day, listed for wrong day, scheduled during office closures. After the most recent cancellation due to staffing shortages for the day we booked 6 months out, we just can't keep it up. The dental service is fine, but their scheduling situation is awful. Do not recommend to anyone who doesn't want their time wasted.

My wife and I just had some dental work done at Dentists Of Chandler and our overall experience was a 5 Star. The staff were so very nice and helpful. Our dentist Dr. Hongsa (Dr H) was a really nice guy, made you feel very relaxed. The procedure and billing was clearly explained prior to the process. What we really appreciated was there were no sales gimmicks. They have the latest equipment available as well.

Bri is such a sweetheart, we laughed and smiled, and she made me feel very comfortable. Becky knew I was nervous about my cleaning because of a previous bad experience at another clinic, she really took the time to ease my concerns, understand my needs, and was very gentle and walked me through step by step. She would also check in to be sure I was doing ok often. Nicholas has such a gift with people, his calm voice and demeanor was so pleasant and reassuring. This is a very special office with very special people. Doctor H is very thorough and very kind and explained everything so that I could understand exactly what the plan of care what is going to be for my teeth. I honestly cannot wait to go back I never thought I would say that about a dentist.
