I’ve been going to dentist of chandler for years and can honestly say I’m very pleased with everyone and everything! I have a busy schedule & Christy always fits me in whenever I need to make an appointment. I live about 20 miles away But, for the great service they provide I don’t mind the drive! Highly recommend this office!

I needed a new dentist as I was new to the area. I was attracted by their $39 new patient offer that was supposed to include x-rays and cleaning. Their analysis seemed thorough and professional. However, after having invested 1.5 hours and countless x-rays they suggested an extensive cleaning for close to $600 (they also pointed out other things that were in my view doubtful, including two crowns of $1000 each). I asked what happened to the basic cleaning for $39 and they said that they were obliged to do the extensive cleaning and refused to do the basic cleaning for $39. I understand their acquisition strategy and there is nothing wrong with trying to make money. However, this is misleading. Example: If a car repair shop advertises an oil change for $39, they may point out other things like brake and transmission fluid that will have to be replaced at some point, but...they will change the oil as per the advertisement. They refused to do a basic cleaning. The result: my x-rays will rot away in Las Tiendas records and I will have my teeth cleaned somewhere else. Oh... and by the way I did pay $39 which in hindsight I should have refused. One star for awesome x-rays...

From the office staff, to the hygienist, to the Doctor’’s my partner and I have had a wonderful experience. We have been searching for awhile for a family dentist and thankfully we finally have!!
I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a family dentist!!

Came in for a checkup and a teeth cleaning. Everything was explained to me very thoroughly, I felt really comfortable from the dental assistant, hygienist, and doctor! This office is amazing and i will be definitely be referring my friends and family! Everyone needs to be seen at dentists of chandler!

Dentak staff is amazing. Office staff, Christy and Nicole, are very unprofessional. This office owes me money due to an overpayment from my insurance and refuses to send my refund. Christy and Nicole refuse to take my calls now. Now I'm going to have to contact my insurance company and make a complaint. Please watch your EOBs, the office staff estimates low payments from insurance and when the insurance overpays, they tey to keep what is due to you. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible experience! After almost an hour of xrays I finally sat in the dental chair and was told to wait for a hygienist to come in to determine what kind of cleaning I would receive. I politely told the woman that I only wanted the basic cleaning that was covered on my insurance. The RNH came in and started poking at my teeth and scraping my gums with a metal tool so that they started bleeding. They then told me I have some dental disease and they can no longer do a basic cleaning and that I had to come in and pay over $300 for a cleaning. I refused the service and told the woman (not the RNH but a receptionist who gave me dirty looks the rest of my time there) that I wanted to leave. She told me I had to see the dentist first, who then came in and didn’t even look at my teeth but started trying to sell me on a retainer and another unnecessary procedure. Save your time and money and do not go here.

Horrible dentist. I would NEVER go back to them. They over charged me for what work I got done, not to mention how horrible the work was that got done. Also, they never told me about a release form I needed to get signed and authorized by my doctor (I am pregnant). Very unprofessional dentist office, very slow and the front office girls seems dizzy and don’t know what they’re doing half the time.

They overcharge, make up procedures and double book. They didn't even chart my previous visit and tried to fill cavities that they did months earlier. They are sharks thinking of only profit. They had a nice dentist there but she quit - just like me finding a new dentist even if I have to drive to Gilbert.

I've been a patient here since Amy Younger took over and I have loved my experiences. The staff is always friendly especially the dental Hygienist Anna Pilotte. I have been at many dental offices and this is by far my favorite.
