By far the best dentist to go to! Always amazing service with super kind people. They make my expierence super easy everytime I visit! Not to mention they're great deals they have going on daily so it saves me a lot of money compare to any other dentist place! I highly recommend everyone comes in to get a check up here! I am incredibly happy with the entire team at the office of J. Philipp. They have gone above and beyond at every step of the process. May 5th of 2017 I broke my jaw. It was pretty terrible but the office of J. Philipp helped me determine what was wrong and months latwr remove a broken tooth. Sabrina and Tiffany workes incredibly hard dealing with the insurance company. Dr Philipps is very good at what he does. Jewel explained the entire extraction process and in less than 2 minutes the tooth was out. I would highly recommend the office of J. Philipp.

I have been coming here for some years now and I have nothing but good things to say. I just recently have started the invisalign process and they have been nothing but helpful. Their attention to detail is amazing and they complete tasks with thoroughness. I will be coming for years to come. Great place!

HUGE SCAM!!!!
This place over charged me for services for my wife. They charged us for a root canal and redoing fillings but they used the wrong amount of insurance allocation on the dental codes and billed us for a higher amount. Then they told me I was crazy when I matched the dental codes with the insurance. They made me feel stupid for being concerned. They said it will all make sense later when we get our explanation of benefits. I never received that explanation of benefits.
So i waited months and called my insurance and low and behold they ripped us off. I called them and threatened to sue and report them and they quickly refunded the $173.00 they overcharged us.
As a consumer it is very hard to understand medical billing and that is exactly how they take advantage of you. By reading the other comments it looks like they ripped off many people. Please stay away from this business. Someone should report them to the IRS and the authorities.

I should have read the reviews before coming here. I came to this dentist because he had great deals. After my first visit I was told I have 7 cavities (assumed it was true since I hadn't seen a dentist recently). Every visit Erika has been rude and acted like she hated her job. Dr Phillips did my fillings all in one sitting. I had 6 injections to numb my mouth and STILL felt the pain of the fillings. I called recently to let him know I can see part of my cavity and he didn't even fill it properly. Originally I was told to come back but with work, I can't. I work 7-5 and we are short staffed. They weren't willing to work with me and allow me to come at 5 (when they are open until 6 somedays) to even evaluate it to see what needed to be done.i spoke with Erika and once again, super condescending. I then send a request via the website for my records to be gathered and to call me when ready to pick up. So that I could find a new dentist. Instead, they violated HIPAA and and sent all my records to a yahoo email, which isn't secure. DO NOT SEE THIS DENTIST. He cannot do a simple filling and doesn't work with you to fix HIS mistake.

I went in for a procedure that was scary for me. This place checked all the boxes. Great communication. Best Hygienist I’ve ever had . The dentist is great too. The front office staff is friendly and the office is clean.!!!!! Really good experience.
