Stoneridge Dental

Been going to Stoneridge for years. Never any issues - reasonably priced - no long waits. In and out like clock work. The people are very nice and respectful.

We have been going to Stoneridge Dental since it opened years ago. Dr. Saydyk is friendly and always is there to take care of all your dental needs. He always ensures a great experience at his practice. Christy is also amazing! She is our dental hygienist and we love her, not only because she is so friendly, but she makes sure your teeth are sparkling when you leave.

The best dental experience of my life. I came to them with a dental emergency and a tissue infection (that I found out later was dangerously close to my brain!) and they not only took amazing care of me but fit me in right away to be seen. I knew I was in good hands when Anaya answered the phone, calmed me down and helped me through the entire process. Dr. Saydyk was super gentle, making it a painless tooth extraction and multiple fillings.

When I came back for a full check up (once they handled the emergency so well!) and we discovered that I have been grinding my teeth at an alarming rate. Dr. Saydyk was so knowledgeable and went on to tell me the tale of many patients who were surprised to learn they grind their teeth during the day as a way to cope with stress. I swore up an down that it couldn't possibly be me, that it definitely was my tongue tie at night while I was sleeping....well I was SHOCKED to admit that he was right. The entire week following our appointment I began to notice all the times during the day I was grinding away at my teeth!

My husband and toddler are also patients here and we couldn't be happier! Our toddler loves coming in and learning new things about his teeth. Everyone is always excited to greet him, they are gentle during check up and get him excited about dental hygiene.

What a great experience. I am always worried about having a cleaning that is too aggressive but I always want a full feeling clean. But here was great, I had no issues of soreness from cleaning and the process itself was one of the "softest" I have ever had but also my teeth felt much cleaner after than other cleanings.

I have been with Stoneridge Dental for over 14 years and they have provided exemplary service and care. Thank you Dr. Saydyk and staff.

I'm really happy with the care I receive it Stoneridge Dental. Dentist Nathan Saydyk is terrific. The office has taken on new precautions related to COVID-19. I've seen the hygienist Pam for many years. Each time I go she gives me a new tip or a hint on how to better take care of my teeth. She mentioned knotting my dental floss to help get larger things out that get stuck between my teeth. She noticed some unusual wear around my gum line and asked how old my Oral-B toothbrush head was. I'm supposed to change it every three months. It totally slipped my mind. When I got home I was shocked at what my old head look like. It's little things like that that make a difference. I highly recommend this office.

They treated me with Invisalign- and my teeth shifted despite wearing my retainer every night. I went into Invisalign again, only for my teeth to shift again- this time even worse. I have gaps, a worsened overbite (which was not treated correctly), and an uneven bite. Stoneridge refused to acknowledge that my bite was off and refused to treat me again despite still being under warranty with Invisalign- referring me to an orthodontist instead. After collecting over $4k for treatment, I’m now left with paying an orthodontist $4k+ for new treatment. All Stoneridge did is steal my money for a treatment plan they knew was inaccurate- only for them to tell me to see an orthodontist in the end.

They should not be doing Invisalign. Go to an orthodontist and get your smile treated right- because Stoneridge isn’t knowledgeable enough to handle orthodontics.

I strongly recommend this place for anyone who cares about how their smile looks and what they can do to improve it. The Dr. Is incredibly intelligent and keeps up to date on best practices. I felt taken care of here. I will say that it is a little different from other places though. If you are just looking for a quick clean with nothing further and any dentist will do, this is probably not the best option. I never felt pressured into buying anything and just felt well informed, but it feels like this is a real medical facility that addresses all things about your smile and how this relates to to your overall health. I highly recommend this place. Everyone who works here is incredibly intelligent and professional. Everyone seems to genuinely care about the work done here.

They were very good, but my last appointment they were very rude. I have been going here for about 3 years and have loved them. But then, on my most recent appointment, they said I have an issue with my tongue that has been around since birth. Not only did none of my other dentists mention this, but it took Stoneridge 3 years to mention this to me. You would think if this issue was as big as they made it out to be, someone would have mentioned it. Then they tried selling me a bunch of stuff to deal with my "sleeping issues." I recently got diagnosed with anxiety and I felt like they were trying to take advantage of that. They also got rid of Saturday appointments which was a huge benefit for someone who doesn't get a lot of paid time off.

I will update the review if my next appointment goes better, but I am definitely considering switching dentists.
