The staff and dentist at Mountain Ranch are exceptional. Every person I interacted with was not only professional but also kind! At the end of January, I had just moved into the area, had not even closed on my house yet, and had a dental emergency. I was able to get in quickly, even though my insurance didn’t cover the needed work, they were very helpful in telling me what they could do and what the insurance company said they would do. Their concern was genuine and impressive, and the needed work was and still is perfect. I highly recommend this office! Thank you everyone at Mountain Ranch Dentistry.

Very friendly from my first call to when I left their office. They really made me feel welcome and comfortable. I don’t have dental insurance and they have reasonable prices. I will be recommending anyone out here to choose this office!

My Dad moved here from Milwaukee to live with us and has Moderate Alzheimer’s. Basically short term memory loss nearly gone. The staff treated my Dad with such respect and care. Most importantly, Dad really like them.

We moved from Ohio to Goodyear, and needed to find a new dentist. It is so convenient to have an excellent staff and dentist right here in our community. Darla is my hygienist, and does a great job. She is efficient, a very good listener, and attentive to my concerns. Dr Rolfe seems very knowledgeable and recommends specialist when necessary. I highly recommend this practice.

Highly recommend this Dentist, I got a crown and a filling here, plus my regular cleanings and a home whitening system and am very happy with the treatment I received. Some of the work I had done was cosmetic and it looks great, feels good too. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly and professional.
I see there are a couple negative reviews from people who didn’t understand their bill? I asked a lot of questions about my treatment and the front desk staff was happy to go through everything with me so I knew exactly what I was having done and what it would cost. I was never pressured to book anything I wasn’t ready for and the billing was very straightforward I had no issues with it.

The staff are very professional and caring and funny. The dentist is amazing. I’ve been going here for years and I would never go anywhere else.

They are the best! So prompt and helpful at getting back to you, and they always remind you of appointments far enough in advance that you can adjust. Both dentists are kind and gentle and take the extra time to help you be comfortable with the procedures and any concerns. Great with all members of my family!

At first I was happy with this office. Customer service was great! First experience was due to a tooth extraction part of my tooth was left in and when I called saying I was in pain they said that was normal.. until it was 2 weeks later when I said there was something wrong. At my original appointment they said I needed to get multiple teeth pulled... later on went to another dentist and was told an extraction was not even necessary. Next issue was the unexpected bill. They say that they call your insurance company but warn to always expect a balance. My insurance pays %100. My husband needed a deep cleaning they said they called it in and all was covered 100%. Then I get a bill for $300 because the deep cleaning could only be preformed once every two years. Now if they would have called they would have known this, granted I could have called too so it’s on me. Well I couldn’t do $300 up front so I paid half the bill. My family ended up moving to a new house a couple months later and the address forward did not forward the dental bill and I forgot about the balance. When the mail finally forwarded to my new address 9 months later I called and apologized and paid half of the bill and the lady on the phone scheduled new appointments for my 3 kids. She said I could pay the remaining portion the day of their visit. I get a call 1 week before the appointment saying they refuse to see my kids until the full balance was paid. I explained that the lady I called and made the payment to said I could pay half that day and the remaining at the time of the visit. I was then told that I was lying that the lady would not have told me that....but then why did she schedule me an appointment? I said ok well I will pay the day of the appointment before my kids are even seen and she said no that they have been patient enough with me.... and there goes 5 patients to another dentist office. It’s to bad situations like this happened. I’m not fully in the right for letting a past due bill go for so long but I made an effort and due to the circumstances, this situation could have been handled a lot differently if good customer service was provided. I canceled my kids appointments and scheduled with a new dentist.

I came in as a new patient, but they made me feel like an old friend. I had an infected tooth, no fun, they were so nice and got me the meds I needed. They made me feel special and worked hard to see that I was well taken care of. I highly recommend Dr. Rolfe and the whole wonderful staff!
