Maricopa Family Dentistry and Orthodontics

Worse place every. In the beginning everyone was nice when I walked in, but once I got to the counter I was told to fill out new patient paperwork for no reason when I been here before in March. On top of it, I still have the text from March in 2018. I tired telling the girl, but sounded ignorant and inturputed me when I talked. I tried telling her I been here before, but she said I was a new patient. I wasn't upset over the fact that I need to fill out the paper just the way she talked to me like I was stupid. They wanted my money in March and now I'm never coming back. Worse experience I have had at a dental office which ill never come back. Also readed the reviews after my experience which I'm starting to believe. I'm taking my money somewhere else after today. I'm really upset. However, the dentist was a really nice guy.

I flew in to Phoenix for my dental visit with Maricopa Family Dentistry, and I was treated with the highest respect and attention. I came into the office around 8:00 a.m. and my appointment was not until 8:30 a.m., and I was take in for my appointment as soon as I checked in. That was great!!!! I was welcomed, with a Hello, by all the employees in the office.

I felt very special. I recommend Maricopa Family Dentistry to anyone that need implants that live out of state, they are great and the make appointment to fit your flight schedule.

Thanks for treating me like a very special customer. I can wait to go back in June 2013.

The Oral Hygienist I had on 6/8/21 I don’t recall her name, I told her she performed one of the best cleanings I’ve had in quite awhile. Very professional, personable and polite.

The only wrong with this office is there billing person andhand mannerisms. He treats everyone as if they are below him or at least educational wised. When I'm a nurse and know how the system works. I got backed up on some payments and they were on my orthodontic sidenside the dental because the office has both and I can say it can be very confusing. He called a meeting to discuss this matter when just a few day ago I had already taken care of it with the office manager. I have a real pet peeve when people dont have there homework before confronting someone and telling them that they are behind on payment's and what they plan to do about it. I politely but not in politely tone told him to do his homework and figure that out for himself since I had already done my part and to please in the future treat me as an individual and not less of one and I got up and left. I have no further contact with him because I told my Dr Pope and the office manager that if I had to deal with him I would find somewhere else to go but other then that awesome office.

I must admit that I wasn't too pleased when i first got to this office - I have younger kids and thought it'd be nice if they had something for the kids to do while they wait. I was thinking I wouldn't be back. I soon realized they have iPads for use while we wait but a few toys might help as well. But once we were seen I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff there. I have a 2-year-old who was cared for while there and the staff went out of their way to try and make her feel comfortable. I'd certainly recommend this office to others.

Love this place! Called around different dentist office either they didn't work with my days off work or didn't have anything open, I called Maricopa Family Dentistry and they got me in right away, I need a root canal ASAP due to my abscess and they where able to get it done that same day ! A week later I broke my temporary crown in Louisiana, on my way back i called them, and first question was " what time will you be in maricopa?" I told them 2PM but didn't get there till 3:15 PM and they still saw me and gave me a new temporary crown. They care and will take care of you. BEST dentist office in maricopa.

Today I've just had some very unique, implant work completed, that I trusted to DR. Matthew Ross .He and his assistants did a superb job. I love my smile. I highly recommend Maricopa Family Dentistry.

I was in need of a dentist as I hadn't had an exam in 2 yrs. From a flyer I called Maricopa Family Dentistry & Orthodontics and discovered they had saturday hours. Because of my work schedule a saturday appointment is very convenient. Even though saturday is their busiest day, the wait was not extreme. I found the staff very friendly and professional. The staff took the time to discuss my options for my dental needs. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Dr. Pope and Dr. Ross are great doctors!! The best doctors anyone could ask for when wanting work done!

No pushy sales, very gentle, extremely professional and all together just down-to-earth.

Don't waste your time anywhere else, because here, you are treated like family!

I have had so many good experiences with them. I was really reluctant to leave my prior dentist a few years ago but i am so glad i did. They have treated me so well and have been very accommodaiting to my needs and flexible. Thank you!
