MFDO is amazing!! Sarah is beyond helpful with helping me fill out paper work and answering any questions I had. Megan was really sweet and very informative. Matt, the gentlemen who cleaned my teeth taught me a lot about me teeth and was really patient with me. Dr. Gardner looked at my teeth and then explained what he seen and what had to be done when he was through.
Overall I'd say I had a wonderful experience at MFDO. Highly highly recommend them as a dentist.

This place will nickel and dime you left and right. And God forbid you experience pain from infection, they will not provide you any pain medication, not even ibuprofen to help ease the pain while the antibiotics take effect. Horrible place, stay away.

Had to get my fillings redone multiple times and was in constant pain which they said was normal. After about the 5th time in for the same filling I gave up. Also, my wife was told that she was only going to have to pay around 200 out of pocket for a procedure after insurance and then we got a bill for 710.00 and were being harrassed by their billing company to pay. They sent me the bill in my name and not my wife's and are trying to get me to pay the bill for something that I never got treatment for. They claim that they called me about this several times and never left me a message. The office billing dept. Screwed up and they are the ones reasonable for telling and clearly stating that my wife would only pay the 200 but clearly they were wrong so it's there screw up not mine.

Dr Ross is super amazing. There was a period of almost 6 months where my teeth felt brittle and I couldn't eat my favorite foods. But now, thanks to Dr Ross and MFDO I'm back and better than ever. Couldn't be happier with the care and treatment!

Prom saved! After a late Friday night accident at the skate park and two teeth looking like they just went twelve rounds with Tyson, it was truly a blessing to be able to e seen in a Saturday morning, Dr. Pope and Cindee did an AMAZING job of putting my sons smile back together and making him PROM picture ready! We have been going to MFD&O for 3years now, and I can't recommend them enought! The staff is amazing, Jessie and Sarah in the front to the talented and super supportive Chairside assistants in the back.... (yep Dr. Ross & Dr. Pope are awesome too!) really appreciate how they go that extra mile for their patients!💓

I have nothing but great things to say about MFDO! The staff and Doctors are awesome and they have a way of making you feel like part of their family. I HIGHLY recommend MFDO! When we found out my daughter needed braces, she had them on within a few days. She had never been to the dentist before and she was terrified...they made her feel comfortable and now she actually looks forward to going to her appointments.
