My experience at Maricopa Family Dentistry & Orthodontics was absolutely wonderful. The staff is super professional and you are made to feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. I was super impressed by the cleanliness and the prices are very competitive. I have had a number of crowns done at other dental offices and the experience here was by far the BEST. Dr. Ross is SO friendly and efficient and really makes sure you know what your options are. He is very talented and really cares for the patient. My bite has never felt better and my jaw pain is literally gone! I HIGHLY recommend this dental practice and will not go anywhere else!

You are a no pain facility. All the staff are very friendly, and knows you by name. Everyone there makes you feel like family. They will work with you for a payment plan so there is no reason not to visit them. Your comfort is a major concern with them. I found that they work around your schedule. There was many a times I would just drop in without an appointment and I was seen by my dentist. This IS the best places I been to in Maricopa.

HORRIBLE! We do not recommend this dentist facility. So disappointed with Mathew Ross MDM.'s work and the ridiculously high cost (after the insurance covered large part). I am writing on behalf on my mother. She went to Mathew Ross MDM for dental bridge work and was left with a droopy looking lips. Local aesthesia messed up her lips so bad that she can't freely keep her mouth closed anymore; two years later she still has that tingling filling in her lip and it's still swollen. When the medication was injected in her gum, he also squirted some in her mouth (horrible taste) and was left sitting behind the lips for a long, long time (while the lip was numb for weeks); he never sucked out the medication, nor did he rinsed it up after my mother complained. A simple caring act could've prevented this.

Doctor Ross was wonderful! Least amount of pain I have ever had during a dental procedure. However, he did recommend a procedure that my insurance did not consider necessary now a year later I am stuck with another bill. No one let me know there was an issue and now I can't even appeal it.
