Maricopa Family Dentistry and Orthodontics

It was my first visit and the were very thorough. I liked that they asked what you like and what you fear about the dentist. Made me feel more comfortable knowing that they would understand my fear of getting a shot of Novocaine in my palate. The only issue was that their camera was having issues and the the TV to display pictures was not working. Overall though it was a great experience (for someone who fears going to the dentist)

I came in with s toothache yesterday I was given a appointment right away, and they had such concern for me, I have had a full mouth restoration with dr Ross and his team, he is honest compassionate and truly a blessing to me, I wish I would have know him a long time ago, his staff is amazing and so helpful

I am a new patient who is from out of town. They took me the next day and cared for all my needs, did a great job and were priced fairly. My only negative was the wait time....but again, I didn't have an appointment. I called and got in the next day in between regular patients. So thank you Dr Truelson for doing a wonderful job.

I hate going to the dentist but today I had a really good experience. didn't make me wait and didn't bs me. told me what was wrong and only fixed what was needed.they did it in a friendly efficient manner I appreciate. kind words don't come from me without merit these people deserve 5 stars I recommend them highly

we totally love Maricopa family dentistry and orthodontist. reception is always friendly and upbeat and more than that always very accommodating. my schedule with family work and just life is so hectic, but they always work around it and do it with consideration. i am so glad to have chosen this office

We needed a new dentist and couldn't have made a better choice! We were treated with courtesy, kindness, and respect. I enjoyed my cleaning and my husband took advantage of the lifetime whitening program, what an incredible deal! Everyone from the front desk, the x-ray tech, the dental hygienist, the dentist on through the office manager were so enjoyable! Thank you and we will refer others to you. You all ROCKED!!!

This is a lovely little facility that offers many different services. The laser used for hair reduction treatment is AMAZING! Seriously, as a first time user I was very pleased with the pain level (or lack thereof). The staff is very sweet, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this office for any of your wellness needs. Even if you aren't sure what they do, give them a call and schedule a consultation!

This place is amazing. Helped me with two teeth extractions and a crown 😊. No pain at all afterwards just a little sore. But dentist and assistants were all amazing. Very helpful and nice. Would recommend anyone here. Great customer service

They were fairly friendly and the offices were very nice. The whole process was very smooth and proffesional. However I wish I had read reviews beforehand, my very first visit they recommended fixing 4 different teeth. I went ahead and got one crown put in and then found out from coworkers afterwards that I paid double what most dentists charge. Someone mentioned needing more BBB claims and I agree.

First off, everyone at this dentist office is extremely nice and welcoming. It’s their policies procedures I have an issue with. When I first went into this office it was because I had 2 teeth experiencing pain. After further looking, my dentist located a third. We began the process of having those corrected and also discussed a deep cleaning and extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth even though only one was impacted. Well I discussed my discomfort in the dentist offices and they informed me that after completing 2 fillings we would schedule sedation to PUT ME TO SLEEP and complete the deep cleaning, final filling, and 4 wisdom teeth extractions. First off, I WAS AWAKE THE ENTIRE TIME. And when I asked about it their response was “well most patients are sleep by now”. After speaking with another dentist office I was only then informed that I was given conscious sedation and I was never expected to be unconscious for that. This means, rather than them simply telling me they were unable to do that at their office, they decided to make the decision for me to be awake during the procedure WHEN I SPECIFICALLY STATED I WANTED TO BE UNCONSCIOUS. Because I was awake during the procedure and it was extremely uncomfortable, my dentist only completed one extraction (the non-impacted one). WHICH AGAIN MAKES NO SENSE. This dentist office’s main focus is profit. They mislead and misrepresent and I’m extremely disappointed by not only that, but their lack of post-op instructions for my one extraction. I’m upset, and disappointed. My biggest fear was having to come back multiple times to accomplish this - which I expressed to my dentist - and because of the care or lack there of they provided, they ENSURED that I would be living that fear for at least the next couple weeks. 3 more extractions and a filling yay. Not even gonna mention the filling that was initially done was too high causing excruciating pain making me make a second trip back again! Nice ppl, but good luck to anybody getting any serious procedures done there.
