For anyone who suffers dental anxiety, this will be your sanctuary. The doctor and staff are very very attentive to people with anxieties or concerns. No surprise billing either. I have never once felt rushed. They answer every question with care. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted warmly and that warmth remains through your visit. Dr.Rauch is caring, efficient, does an amazing job and treats you like a friend. He has incredible staff too. I smile and laugh so much at this office! I would drive a hundred miles to see this doctor.

Excellent service from all the employees. Lisa cleaned my teeth and explained everything she was going to. When you have xrays done of your teeth, they are digital and they are displayed on a large screen TV mounted on the wall in front of you so you can see your teeth. Lisa then explained not just my teeth, but my bone structure.

Very warm and receptive staff. Wait time is almost zero as you could simply breeze from your car to the exam chair. Dr. Rauch and his staff are very professional and care about our dental needs. The staff will carefully explain in detail and show digital images of X-rays any issues they find and offer solutions. My teenage son went there recently and he said "I love this dentist! Dr. Rauch and his staff are really cool!"

I had a very positive experience from the moment I walked into the office of Rauch Family Dentistry. The staff was cheerful and helpful. Kim, my hygienist, was especially great! She did a thorough job on my cleaning and I appreciated that she explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it! I was very impressed with Dr Rauch and his bedside manner! He was very kind and considerate and carefully explained everything during my visit. My only suggestion would be a possible update in the facility. The tools, machines, and decor all seemed very old and used. Overall, I would definitely recommend Rauch Family Dentistry to anyone!
