Dentists at Ironwood Crossing

I truly enjoyed going to the dentist! Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly especially Britny! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.

Got in at appointment time no problem . Nicole, the dental assistant was very personable and professional . My hygienist, Karaynn, was excellent and fully explained my procedure. Overall a great experience.

I was looking for a new dentist, and saw the Dentists at Ironwood Crossing had opened up very near to my house. A friend mentioned how much she liked Dr Gonzalez there so I decided to give them a shot (pun intended!).

Yesterday I went in for my checkup, and the front office staff ladies were all friendly and welcoming. The office is new, very nice and clean, and it felt comfortable. ​

The hygenist took me back right away, and was also very friendly. Xray's showed I had a cracked crown. I knew something was going on with the tooth so was expecting I would need a new crown.

Dr Gonzalez was very kind and pleasant and went over everything with me. Brandi, who's the Office Manager went over my insurance copay costs and my treatment plan. I was pleasantly surprised that my crown wasn't more expensive.

They made an appointment for me to come back this morning. I went in and Dr Gonzalez was just as pleasant as could be. I told him I've had problems getting numb enough in past dental appointments. Dr Gonzalez laughed and told me he WOULD get me numb enough. After numbing me up, he told me if I had ANY problems while he was working on my teeth to put up my left hand and he would stop immediately. If I needed to be more numb he would give me more medication.

I knew he was going to be a good dentist at that point. A dentist who explains everything thoroughly, treats me with care and compassion is exactly what I had hoped for. And on top of that he remembered my name all during the appointment. Seems like such a little thing, but it shows they pay attention and talk TO you instead of AT you, which I appreciated.

The office has so many awesome machines there. They made my crown with their 3D printer and it would be ready 45 minutes later.

I returned to the office 45 minutes later and Dr Gonzalez came to the lobby and brought me back. That's the first time a Dentist has come to the waiting room to get me and take me to the dental chair.

After Dr Gonzalez got my crown ready to put in, he felt like it wasn't quite perfect, so he did a little bit of adjusting to the crown. It wasn't just perfect after the second adjustment and he said, "It's almost perfect, but he felt one more adjustment would make it prefect. That was it for me. Not only was he kind, patient, explained everything, but was also a perfectionist when it came to his work.

I told him I really liked having a dentist who was a perfectionist, and his response was, "Of course, these are your teeth we're working on." I loved his response and I knew he was a keeper!

During the time he was cementing my new crown on, the crown next to it fell off. I had issues with crowns falling off previously and I knew it was nothing he did that caused it. Dr Gonzalez checking the crown thought l thoroughly and checked to see if there was a cavity under the crown. There was no cavity and the crown wasn't damaged in any way, so Dr Gonzalez said he wanted to do a very thorough cleaning of the crown as it was a porcelain over metal crown (which is not same as the porcelain crown he made for me). It has something to do with the glue being different. When he was done with my crown he ended up spending another 15 or 20 minutes cleaning my crown, checking the tooth and putting the old crown back on. I was really grateful because I knew they hadn't eaten lunch yet, yet he didn't bat an eye.

When I was checking out, I told Brandi she would need to add the service for my old crown and she told me they weren't going to charge me for it. I was stunned, and told her I didn't feel right not paying for it, because not only did it take more of their time, but they used equipment and supplies for it. Brandi told me it wasn't a problem and not to worry about it.

So after all the other great things about the treatment, that sealed the deal for me. I love this new dental office. The dentist as well as his staff are all top notch! I'm no longer looking for a new dentist!

PS, they also have some extended hours, which is great.

This group was amazing! They definitely exceeded my expectations. They provided great customer service while getting me in and out as quickly as possible, I came in as a new patient and was able to get a cleaning done and x-rays. Each staff member was very knowledgeable and courteous. Best experience I've had with any group of health care professionals. Well deserved 5 star rating!

This was my first visit to this office. I had an urgent issue and they were able to get me in the same day. Dr. Gutierrez is very patient and explains what he’s doing, so I felt very comfortable. I was able to leave with a permanent crown the same day. The entire staff was amazing! They also offer payment plans which was a huge plus!

I just got a crown and some fillings done today and Manuel Guiterrez is an amazing dentist and works with you and gives amazing results. He is kind nice and a wonderful dentist and I would recommend Dentists at Ironwood Crossing anyone. Amazing staff and great atmosphere and fancy tools. They do everything they can to keep you as comfortable as possible and listen to all your issues. Wonderful.. Love my new dentist. Going in next week to get four teeth extracted.. So I am so grateful to have found them and for them to be close to my house. What a convenience.. Thanks again Dentists at Ironwood Crossing. Amazing

This was my first visit to this dentist office, I recently moved here from Utah and our family was looking for a new dental service. Additionally I had a implant that needed to be completed from a worker compensation claim, the office was very professional, clean and courteous from start to finish. Brandi and Mr. Gutierrez were exceptional in completing the remaining dental implant procedure. Thanks to them and all there staff for making me feel welcome here in Arizona. Me and my family will certainly continue to see them for all our future dental needs. Great job !!!

First off the staff is super nice and willing to help in anyway they can! Second, they have the latest equipment which is super nice! They also explain ever piece of equipment in order to keep you in the loop as to what is going on. I went in and needed two crowns and a cleaning and the doctor did all my work that same day in order to make my life as a mom easier. I have little children and getting back here would been a difficult with my husbands work schedule and the kids extra curricular activities. Very kind and accommodating toward their patient! I recommend them to anyone!

Nice office. That’s about it. The hygienist was great. Super sweet.
But here’s the real scoop. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. No cavities but still needed a $500 flush? Then when I declined the staff said they’d have to check to see if that was ok. What? I got up and walked out.

Dr. Gutierrez was great with my 3 and 7 year old daughters! Both of my girls were nervous for a dental appointment but their nerves quickly subsided with Dr. G and his assistants. Beautiful office with friendly staff and caring assistants. Highly recommend.
