On Monday July 9th while visiting Sedona with my husband, daughter and only grandson a cap on my front tooth came loose after having lunch at a local restaurant. Hundreds of miles from home and afraid of swallowing the cap I was frantic to find a local dentist in Sedona that could see me right away. We called 7 dentists. None could fit me into their schedules until the next day until we called the office of Roy Daniels DDS, PLC. Tami the receptionist was exceedingly helpful and understanding of my dilemma. Empathetic and acting like a close friend she said she would do everything in her power to fit me in that afternoon if we could get to the Dentist’s office as quickly as possible. We did so. We filled out the required paperwork and in moments later, disrupting his busy schedule, Dr. Roy Daniels appeared with his assistant Iris. I have always been fearful visiting a Dentist’s office but that fear vanished quickly after listening to Dr. Daniels calmly explain what was about to happen. His bed-side manner so to speak was extremely comforting and professional. The office environment was equipped with the latest technology. Iris his assistant knew what to do without ever being told. All and all I could not have imagined better attention and treatment. Sedona is very fortunate indeed to have a remarkable professional like Roy Daniels, DDS, PLC and his caring staff.

I have known Roy Daniels for over 25 years and have seen his clinic grow and keep pace with the most modern advances in dental equipment and services. Dr. Daniels is a very skilled dentist with a gentle touch. He and his staff are very service oriented towards their patients, so that one feels cared for in a friendly and professional manner. As a patient I have rarely experienced pain or discomfort when Roy is working on my teeth or doing surgery. I've always been satisfied with the dental services provided by Roy and his team.

A remarkably thorough dentist, Dr. Daniels was professional, pleasant and unhurried on my first visit in (yesterday). During the oral exam, he was very conscientious of the tooth sensitivity I suffer from and checked in with me regularly in regards to how I was doing and feeling. I feel confident that I have finally found a dentist in Sedona that I will stick with.

I was in Sedona visiting my sisiter, in pain, and Dr. Daniels saw me in an emergency. He made time between other patients to diagnose a problem. He took me into a conference room to talk to me, then put me in the dental chair and did a very thorough exam. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He Took photos and full mouth 360 degree exray then took me back into the conference room to explain what he saw, what he thought the problem was and why he thought that. He sent the pictures to me and a report for my own DDS via email. I wish I had him back home!! Thank you Dr. Daniels!
