I live in Gillette Wyoming and was in Sedona, while I was there I started getting really bad tooth aches on the tooth that I had recently gotten a crown on. My neighbors in Sedona go to Roy Daniels and recommended that I give him a call. I called him over Easter weekend on the friday that they were closed and thankfully he agreed to see me. He figured out what was going on with my tooth and fixed the problem. Roy took the time to explain everything that he was doing to my mother and I. I truly appreciate everything that he did and would strongly recommend him as a dentist. He was very professional and nice.

I was referred to Dr Roy Daniels by a friend who said she had been going to this dentist for 30 years. That convinced me. Dr Daniels is out in front of the technology curve as is his entire staff. Everyone in the office is courteous, efficient and thoughtful: do you need water,? a blanket,? a break? and "are you okay"? as the treatment proceeds. Dr Daniels is meticulous in his efforts toward a healthy solution for his patients. He is earnest, soft-spoken and kind. Yes, kind.

On Friday night, while visiting Sedona, I developed an unexpected severe toothache. I went to the emergency room of the local hospital where I was treated for pain. The attending physician recommended that I contact his dentisr, Dr. Roy Daniels, on Saturday morning. I did so, calling Dr. Daniel at 8:30 am. Dr. Daniels said he would meet me at his office within the hour. By so doing, he delayed a planned trip to Phoenix.
I aarived at a beautiful building, solely dedicated to his practice. The office itself was lovely, spotless and well appointed. Dr. Daniels was warm, kind and totally dedicated to solving my problem. After a thorough examination, he explained his diagnosis in a calm, clear, unhurried manner. He believed the solution required a root canal. I agreed. He contacted a colleague, Dr. Jeffrey Hreha, who specialized in this procedure.
Dr. Hreha met me late on Saturday afternoon. He confirmed the diagnosis and carried out the root canal. He, too, was excellent.
Words cannot express my gratitude to Dr. Daniels for putting my needs above his. In every aspect of my encounter, he seemed to be a perfect dentist. Anyone who is his patient is fortunate indeed. I was blessed to find him and to receive such kindness and care that day. His actions helped save me from unbearable pain.
