My Family Dentist

I was on my honeymoon when I started having excruciating pain in my tooth. I looked up Dr. Daniels and called as soon as the office opened and explained my situation. Melanie was extremely sweet and fit me in later that day for an emergency visit. Dr. Daniels was very thorough when he checked my teeth and explained everything that was going on. He spent more time helping me with my problem than my local dentist ever does! I ended up needing a root canal and Dr. Daniels went ahead and got that set up for me. They treated me like I had gone there forever even though I was just visiting and Dr. Daniels really cares about helping you feel better. I am so grateful to everyone in that office, they saved my honeymoon! Thank you Dr. Daniels and team!!!!

Just finished having my teeth cleaned in a very professional and caring manner. The office is Covid-19 sensitive and took necessary procedures to keep me and themselves safe. I was made very comfortable and my comfort was checked on throughout the cleaning. I am currently smiling with my very clean teeth!

Dr. Daniels does great work, he's a good dentist and he makes a point to teach his patients what they can do to help better their own oral health, which is great

The issue I have is what I witnessed while during the 2 hours or so I spent at his office. I couldn't believe the level of disrespect he showed to his female staff. His dental assistant in particular. She was covering the front desk as they were short people as well as assisting him when they were taking x-rays and doing stuff on my teeth. She was nothing but kind, attentive, and receptive, and he scolded her, told her that if she wasn't going to do something right then she should just get out. He wasn't even talking to her like she was a person, this women who is doing everything she can do follow his demands. I was disgusted with his behavior and it made me so sad to see her accept this abuse from her superior. Because of this I will not go back into his office and felt it necessary to share this, as this kind of hostile work environment is not a place I would want to be spending my time.

I highly recommend Dr. Daniels! I was visiting Sedona from Indiana when one of my front veneers came off. I work in the dental field at home, so i knew how difficult it might be to find a dentist to come in on a Saturday of a holiday weekend for someone that is not an existing patient. Dr. Daniels was more than willing to help me out. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing, and was very attentive of my comfort level. I can't thank him enough for taking time for me.

Top notch dentist and a top notch team. I have been seeing Dr. Roy Daniel's for all my dental needs for almost twenty years. He and his team have always taken good care of my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Roy Daniels.

We were extremely pleased with our visit. The overal experience was great. This staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Physical environment offers relaxation while waiting for your appointment. We did not have to wait long before we were called. Dr Daniels made you feel like a long time friend. He displayed much confidence and knowledge. He explained everything he was about to do. His work was swift and gentle. Impressed by his relationship with the assistant. Gave her credit for the efficiency of doing his work. We highly recommend him .

While visiting Sedona from Toronto Canada, I took a terrible fall and broke some teeth. As it was the weekend, my friends and I struggled to find an emergency dentist that was open. Dr Daniels took our call and opened his office to meet with me.

I've never had anything like this happen to me before and I was terrified. Dr Daniels was very calm and reassuring and put me at ease immediately. He took his time to explain everything he was doing and talked about options to discuss with my dentist when I returned home.

I wouldn't wish this to happen to anyone but if it does, Dr Daniels is the dentist you should see. When I saw my dentist back home, he said Dr Daniels did a fantastic job repairing my teeth. Thank you Dr Daniels for all your help, you were truly my savior!

Dr. Daniels and his staff have always been professional, timely and friendly. I'm 68 years old and I can honestly say Dr. Daniels is the best dentist I've ever had. I've never had a problem with any dental work he's performed - even the crowns went in once and done.

Dr. Daniels is one of the most knowledgeable dentists that I've ever trusted... and I'm 73 years old. Moreover, he is about the most conscientious dental practitioner I've ever met not to mention that he has trained his staff (Iris, Tiana and Tami) to be as skilled and technically capable as any in my experience. Meanwhile, if a patient has any concerns at all about the appearance of Dr. Daniels' work, he will modify it until the patient is unequivocally satisfied. In my lifetime I have never recommended a dentist or dental surgeon to a close friend. Dr. Daniels has now become my first recommendation in the field of dental practice!

I would like to take this time to write about Dr Roy Daniels… I had a problem 2 nights ago and he responded to me within minutes. He then opened the office this morning so that I didn’t have to worry the whole weekend until office hours on Monday. He truly went out of his way and I am so very grateful he is my dentist!
