I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years, and they made thousands of dollars out of me and my family. Unfortunately, their policies have changed for the worst. Two of my daughters did not showed up for a couple of appointments, and I got penalized for $50 no show fee. The reason they did not showed up to the appointment was because they never received the notification phone call of their upcoming appointment. Something changed in their system that allowed for the wrong phone number to be in there. When I highlighted their mistake, they said that these calls were a an act of courtesy, and it was up to the individual to be responsible for their appointments. So, the fees were not waived.

With some of my recent visits I was told to pay $15 fee per visit, I asked what is the fee for and was informed that it is paying for PPE that Associated Dental employees are using. I am not responsible for such fees for people whom are providing services to patients as they Are Not my employees, they are employed by Associated Dental and by Labor Law, employers are responsible for their employees' equipment/PPEs and not patients.

I have been going here for over a year now and appreciate the great costumer care and dentists here. The ones I have been to are very personable, humble and friendly. Even the hygienists are great and super friendly! I personally would recommend this office to everyone I know.

Just a cleaning but my teeth feel awesome. Special attention given to areas that are of concern for future problems.

I concur with numerous patient/reviewers who attest on BBB's website, "Be careful because these people will charge you fees for no reason" and "This office retains money that rightfully belongs to the patient" among other similar complaints I spotted there and elsewhere online. I was charged hundreds of dollars for inaccurate charges during the three-year period when I was a patient at Associated Dental's Tucson/Carondolet location. All documentation compiled during that time reveals numerous dubious charges and billing irregularities. Each of the billing "mistakes" took months to resolve because neither the practice manager nor the billing personnel and “patient care representatives” seemed to keep accurate records, and neither would respond in a timely manner. Each time I documented issues verbally and in writing and brought them to the practice manager's attention, she consistently demonstrated unprofessional, disrespectful and surreptitious misconduct on behalf of this practice. Rather than taking responsibility for documented mistakes and issues brought to her attention, the practice manager denied and deflected the truths, misrepresented facts, and contrived false, fraudulent statements in response. (The practice manager also makes it her deny-and-deflect practice to interrupt patients mid-sentence and will not allow anyone to finish their sentences¬.) After learning on 6/23/20 that I submitted a complaint to Better Business Bureau (BBB) and posted reviews online to warn others about Associated Dental’s inaccurate and irregular billing practices, Associated Dental’s practice manager retaliated against me sending me a letter to say the practice “fired” me as a patient – blatantly refusing to finish the job in the midst of ongoing dental issues that required continuity of care. In addition to submitting inaccurate, false, misleading and fraudulent statements, and taking retaliatory action against me for submitting my fact-based complaint to BBB, these duplicitous actions on the part of Associated Dental clearly violate statutes of Arizona Board of Dental Examiners, and American Dental Association Principles of Ethics and Code of Conduct, among them: Nonmaleficence ("do no harm"); Beneficence ("do good — the dentist has a duty to promote the patient's welfare”); Justice (“fairness — the dentist has a duty to treat people fairly”); and Veracity ("truthfulness — the dentist has a duty to communicate truthfully”). Be warned: Based on my experiences with this practice (many of which are practically identical to BBB complaints others have filed), I can attest that every word of the practice's "Patient Rights Policy" (which they publish/allege online) is mere marketing fluff; this business/dental practice does not demonstrate fair and ethical business practices—and they care more about their bottom line than about your dental care.

Highly recommend Dr. Kim. Great technique, pain free, and an overall charming man. Would come again but I’m all outta wisdom teeth.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Went for a tooth extraction. After x-rays and exam, dentist comes in and asks me questions I already answered on their patient form (which he has in front of him on the screen while he's talking to me), then tell me my blood pressure was high, which was only 122 over 76, and he states it was 166 over 100. Had to call he lady in that took my BP to prove to him he was wrong because he's arguing with me. These people are incompetent. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS EVERY OTHER DENTIST IS ON VACATION!!!!!

I had my 6 month appointment scheduled (which they had canceled and rescheduled on me twice due to staffing) and once I arrived to my appointment (earlier than scheduled because I had to be somewhere right after), I waited 25 minutes after scheduled time to be told once they called me to be seen that I was not able to get my teeth cleaned and I had to reschedule because I had my baby with me. I was VERY unhappy. I had been waiting for over 30 minutes and not one of the ladies sitting in the front (there was at least 7 ladies working the front desk), told me I had to reschedule because babies are not allowed. I felt discriminated against. if my baby is not welcomed in this office, its not the place to take care of my teeth needs. I had referred several people, but they lost me, my husband and my baby for any future teeth needs.

Dr. Vukelich is a dental partial artist. Over the years, he has worked with me on three partials and each has looked and fit perfect. I would recommend Dr. Vukelich to anyone who is looking for a very professional dentist.
