Dentists are fine but the hygienists/assistants don’t appear to know how to do the job. Multiple X-rays when only one or two needed, talking down to patients, arguing, and dentists having to explain the difference in requested items while working on patients. This, because the hygienist/assistant doesn’t know the difference. Confidence in this practice has eroded due to the poor skills of this support staff. By the way, not sure if every dental office does this, but over the years when I have overpaid the company did not send me a refund but waited until I came back in a year or more later to mention that I had a “credit”. Not sure why this is okay with insurance companies or patients.

Everyone is kind and polite. Dr. Moss is one of the best dentists I have ever encountered. He is friendly, very competent, and patient. He explains in layman's term what he is doing. His assistants are wonderful and patient.
