This was my second visit and it was for a check up and cleaning. The hygienist was very thorough, courteous and professional. I also like my dentist as well. He is also thorough, explains everything in my language and tells me how it is. Plus he is a professional in his field. The clinic is clean and the atmosphere is great!

Associate was 20 minutes later for appointment. Got to office 15 minutes before appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes after scheduled appointment time to be called back to have teeth cleaned. Appointment only lasted 15 minutes and was sent home with next scheduled appointment for 6 months later. To me this is unprofessional of the associate, can see waiting 5 minutes after scheduled time to be called but not 20 minutes. May try to find new dentist one that has better people working for them. Very unhappy with the way things were handled.

The visit was great. Very professional and caring. The reminders for the appointment were definitely overkill....3 email, 3 texts and a phone call! I responded to each but think you should pick a format and then don't repeat!!!
