Casas Adobes Dentistry

I have fairly intense dental anxiety, and my first interaction with the frankly too good to be real staff at Casas Adobes Dental still makes me get a bit emotional thinking about it.
I came in after having a temporary crown break and was in daily pain, my last dentist was polite but I desperately wanted a change, and after looking for a sedation dentist I knew that was necessary. I entered Casas Adobes and was already crying. I was offered to sit in an office for a moment and tried to apologize but was immediately comforted, given tissues and told it was going to be okay. Multiple people came by and offered me kind words, telling me that everyone here was nice and was going to help take care of whatever I needed. It seemed like everyone in the office at that time stopped by to introduce themselves and say hi.
Luckily I stopped crying and set up appointments, and remember being delighted that at my first appointment I got to watch baby pandas playing in a bamboo field, not to mention making use of their nitrous oxide service. People stopped by to say hi, asked me about work, and made sure I was comfortable. My last two appointments I didn’t feel the need for the nitrous, and even today walking in I was immediately greeted the second I stepped inside.
I’m so grateful for this office. I’ve told my family, friends and coworkers how much everyone here has helped me, and how thankful I am to have been able to be a patient here.
Clearly I cannot recommend them enough.

My kids and I have been going to Dr. Chin since we moved here 2 years ago. We've mostly had boring, routine cleanings, but my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed here and my son is about to get some crowns and a bridge. Dr. Chin stays in touch with my son's orthodontist to ensure a seamless dental care plan and he patiently explains procedure options in layman's terms which definitely eases any anxiety about dental work. I highly recommend Casas Adobes Dentistry!

One of the best practice dentists in town. I had an issue with previous dental work done at different place and they were willing to fix it. They will charge you less than other dentists and they will take the time answering, assisting you to achieve your wish. Maria is one of the best. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable during your visit. Friendly front office. Dr. Chin deserves 5 stars for his dedication, excellent skills, and great work.

I don't usually write reviews but I must make an exception for Dr. Chin and his wonderful medical and clerical teams. Two years ago, I was looking for a dentist who would take care of all my dental needs and I found Casas Adobes dentistry. I trusted Dr. Chin the start because he took the time to explain my treatment plan in great detail. Whenever possible, he provided options and discussed progress and procedures, which I found very reassuring. With its friendly staff and its state-of the-art equipment this is a
dental practice I enjoy going to. Several lengthy but painless surgeries later, I can say that I have greatly benefited from Dr. Chin's expertise (and artistry really). Special thanks also go to Maria and Hector who went along on my dental adventure. I won't be seeing you as often, but I'll be back!

Extremely satisfied with my first visit. Very clean office and friendly staff. My hygienist Crystal was very thorough and did a great job taking care of sensitive teeth. Dr. Chin is very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place.

I now look forward coming to the dentist. Olivia is amazing and caring. She always making sure I am comfortable while in the office. She explains what she is going to do beforehand and makes sure I understand. Dr. Chin is very good at explaining what he will be doing at the time of visit and how to better to take care of my teeth. All staff is friendly and welcoming.

I took my son in for an appointment and had a great experience. I was able to get him in for an appointment quickly, I also appreciated the text confirming the appointment with directions on finding where to park included. The office itself was very clean and organized and the staff was friendly.

Going to the dentist is not always my favorite place to go but this team always makes me feel so welcomed. I enjoy every minute I am there. From the friendly smile behind the front desk as you walk in, to each and every employee making sure I feel as comfortable as I can. This is a place I enjoy going and I’m blessed to say this is “my dentist”
