I was referred to Dentists of Tucson to see Dr. White for an upper molar extraction. I have to admit I was apprehensive and a little scared. I also new there was a deep vertical crack in the tooth that extended 6mm so I was so worried about having this procedure. It also didn't help that I knew it was located near my sinus and afraid of any complications. The ladies at the front desk were very professional, welcoming, kind and basically said Dr. White was really very good. Although there were quite a few people waiting, I did not have to wait long. Dr. White performed the procedure beyond expectations. I was nervous but the injection he gave for numbness worked quite well and thankfully my face did not feel over numb. All I felt was a little tugging this way and that and before I knew it, it was over. Done. Absolutely painless. I don't usually do reviews, but Dr. White and the Dentists of Tucson deserve a bit of praise. Thank you Dr. White for making me at ease and getting the job done quickly and so professionally. You just made a new fan.

I had an appointment today scheduled for 8:30am. My card reminder said 8:30am even the email reminder they sent me said 8:30am. Only to arrive at 8:15 and be told they moved my appointment to 9am without telling me. Who moves appointments without telling people? I drove 45 mins from my home to get there only to find out I now didn’t have enough time to get the cleaning done and make it back for an important 10:30 appointment I had. My husband has had trouble here too. Neither of us will be coming back.

This has always been a wonderfully welcoming environment. We switched back after Dr. Stears took over. Dr. Stears has been nothing short of fantastic. The office is clean, the staff is friendly and responsive, and the hygienists have great bedside manners and personalities. Thank you for all you do!

Everyone was friendly and made sure that they tell you what they’re doing. Very efficient staff, the location is easy to find and the office is clean and had a spacious waiting area. Would recommend to any first time patients like me. I definitely will be back!

Excellent care. My hygenist (Lynette), is both gracious and professional. This office is also same day crowns, and they did a great job on mine when i needed a replacement. I definitely recommend their services.

When I walked in, there was another patient at the front desk who said "I want my money back. The wait times here are not working for me." I didn't think much of it. Until I got called back and I saw what she was talking about. I am used to dentists appointments being 1 hour for x-rays and a cleaning. Not 2 hours and 45 minutes, which it was. It was like everyone was in their first day on the job. Not only that but it was like a used car dealership with people trying to sell me on a mouth guard for hundreds of dollars, telling me I needed to buy a specific toothbrush, etc. After x-rays and nonsense I had to wait for almost another hour in a dentists chair before I got my teeth cleaned. Then, back to the front and they want me to do this all over again in another six months. I definitely won't be back. I will go somewhere where I feel they have some respect for me and my time. One more note, I noticed that someone with the last named "Stears" also gave this place a 5 star review. Isn't one of the dentists at this location also named Stears?!

This was a great experience, if there is such a thing for dental work! 🤣 I was very nervous when going in but felt very relaxed by the end of my appointment & I was there for a long time. Dr. Wall is awesome along with all the staff I dealt with. Thanks again for making me feel at ease!
