I used to like dentists of Tucson but I don't think I can go back. I took time off for an appointment got there about 10 minutes early and had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Normally, I would forgive that but this has been the case every single time I've been there. Hygenist refused to do a regular cleaning because I need a deep cleaning and I gave in but ran out of time so I said I'd reschedule. While I'm at the front desk one of the reception ladies who was in close proximity to me was on the phone with another patient and had her mask off! That was the final straw. The pandemic is still raging and your staff aren't following proper CDC guidelines? I wont be returning.

I can honestly say that the Dentists Of Tucson are the most professional and compassionate team I have met- and I’m a mild senior! The doctors approached my dental problems with state of the art technology, informed me of the process, and most of all, treated me with kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend them, as they provide all the facets of care that I needed - without having to go to different offices. In other words, they are there, and were there, (including an emergency) for me. 🦷

I recently broke my front tooth. Sadly for me I’m terrified to go to the dentist. I found dr stears and he was INCREDIBLE! He was so patient with me and walked me through my fears and stresses. AND FIXED MY TOOTH! It looks so good, let me tell you! Don’t go anywhere else in Tucson.

I flew into Tucson to be with my father while he got three implants at Dentists of Tucson with Dr. Madi. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the process and the care of the staff. Dr. Madi was wonderful and my father said he was very gentle. We are very excited for the next step in the process when he gets the crowns put on the implants with Dr. Stears! Thank you!!!

I have never felt so rushed through an appointment like I was a burden twice now seeing this office. I am still pulling out my own teeth, after they started it I suppose for me. Seems silly to pay so much when I have to do the work.

Because I used my front teeth as tools to open bags for years and hold things and do other things teeth aren’t meant to do for years, it bit me in the butt and my two front teeth starting chipping. When I went to my regular appointment, I mentioned it to Dr. Stears, he said about the only thing that could be done that would work was to get veneers. They have a great payment plan called Smile Generation, so we used that. They prepped my teeth and built up the temporaries so I wouldn’t have nubs. All I had to do was remember not to use them as tools so they’d stay in until my permanent teeth came in.
I went back this morning. Dr. Stears used the numbing spray, and numbed me up really well. It took just a few minutes. They are beautiful and the color is exact. He again reminded me against using them as tools. 😀. I don’t think I’ll forget. 😀
Things I like about Dentists of Tucson:
They treat you like family as soon as you walk in..even if you’ve never been there before.
The rooms are modern and very clean. They clean everything every time it’s used. I know that it’s done everywhere because of the virus, but it was done every time I came in. Everyone is so helpful. If you have a need, they help you right away. In fact, I cut myself somehow on the way there, and they gave me a Bandaid right away. It’s just the little things they do that mean a lot to me.
They chit chat with each other while they are working on you. Being the baby that I am about dentists, it made the time go quickly and kept my mind busy. I wish more dentists AND doctors did that.
They know what to do to make your visit warm, friendly and professional at the same time.
If you need a great dental experience, Dentists of Tucson is the place to go.
