Gentle Dental Marana

I was satisfied with the deep cleanings I've received at gentle dental marana. The hygienist explained everything she was going to do and made sure that I was comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone who is unsure or nervous about going to the dentist

After going to 3 other dentists I finally found the best! The entire staff is friendly, professional and very caring! They were the only dentist thst could complete my dental needs at resonable prices and are my go to dental center!

I had my cleaning with Amanda she did an amazing job and Lindarosa the office manager is awesome and friendly the entire staff is welcoming and friendly!!

Just left the dentist, I have a cleaning done, awesome experience.. Everyone were comitted to great service were very friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and definitely make you feel important. I certainly will refer this place to friends and family.

Went to a consultation it took approximately 3 hours, aside from that everyone seemed very professional and informative.

Harassment policies. I went in to get a tooth patched up, it was too sharp and had to go back. I have since been going to a different, local dentist office. Since June I've been getting harassing spam calls and text messages to go back and follow their treatment plan. At least 2 - 3 times a week I would get some kind of phone call or text message. Today I called them and told them to delete me from their computer. I hope this will finally put an end to it. I am leaving this review to warn you all to stay far away. They care only about your wallet.

From scheduling the appointment over the phone, to cashing out at the end of our visit, the experience was easy and friendly. Everyone was polite and attentive. The office personal was on time and stuck to the schedule of our appointment. I signed up the entire family for the discount program as I plan to continue to using Gentle Dental. Very satisfied customer.

This place is awful. The billing is an absolute nightmare. My family went for routine cleanings in February and only today (11/15/2021) received an almost 500 dollar bill. The office manager, Linda could not care less and obviously doesn't want to deal with it. Our insurance stated that Dr. Ryan Lacy didn't have all of his credentials at the time we visited this office and they held off the billing causing even further issues. How charming considering the fact I asked if they were in network before even scheduling. Rude, lazy, and incompetent. Another bunch of winners!

I went in for a cleaning, x-rays, and exam. The staff was great and I was particularly impressed by the new hygienist. In addition to being very thorough, she was quite personable. I was also very pleased with the doctor. My wife was being seen by him in the next room over and she, too, was pleased. It was obvious that they took extra precautions to protect the patient and themselves from Covid. All this and they were even on time!

Worst experience ever took my friend in for new dentures she is 91, get to apt for new dentures no dentures supposedly lab broke them no phone call, first they said they called repeatedly then they said they called twice, new phones have call logs, then they keep old dentures most of the day when they say they need them for an hour. Staff was like oh well we have other patients. Still no new dentures!! Cash customer go figure!!
