Nothing but good things to say. Dr Neish takes his practice seriously and is equally a pleasant person to be in company of when having dental work done. I truly feel I am in good hands at this office location

FIVE STARS FOR DR. MAULE. He is young but so very gentle and patient. I didn't feel the injections like my older, established, previous dentist. And he did beautiful work. He is a perfectionist and didn't rush. Love him. Him I give 5 stars.

As for the company itself, they seem to encourage more expensive procedures. They seem like a money hungry company, rather than being concerned about their patient's pockets. Too bad, because I think they won't keep good dentists on their payroll. Just my opinion.

Dr. Valdez was amazing and Amber my hygienist was so sweet and concerned about my comfort...I have quite a bit more work to be done and I'm not stessed about my next appointment! That says alot considering I was terrified of dentists. Everyone in the office was so nice...5 stars guys!!!

I just had the best dental experience in my entire life. I have had so many uncomfortable procedures done and disappointing outcomes ,that I had pretty much gave up on my teeth and resigned myself to just waiting for "denture time". Inability to afford dental care kept me heading this direction ,until this year when I got Insurance that covers some dental work I truly need. Amazingly my dental insurance started at the beginning of this month , just before two of my teeth that had become abcessed were becoming unbearable. So I chose Gentle Dental at Az Pavillions and I feel like an angel guided me there because I met Dr. Laos and his great staff. Dr. Laos is so patient and kind , takes such great care in his work and really makes me feel truly at ease, and he is definitely an excellent dentist who explains every single step while he guides you into being an interactive part of your dental care experience. Thanks to Dr. Laos, I am looking forward to all my future visits now without the fears and shame that had held me back for so long.

I made an appointment to see the dentist because I had chipped one of my front teeth. I was given an appointment within a couple of days. Excellent service was provided from the very moment I walked into the office. Office manager Lindarosa greeted me with a huge smile and I was checked in and walked into the exam room within 5 minutes of my arrival and before my scheduled appointment time. Once in the exam room Angelica was very professional and prepared me for my exam. I was seen by Dr. Valdes. In detail Dr Valdes explained to me the options I had to fix my chipped tooth. With the information given to me I was able to make a decision on what procedure was best for me.I am extremely happy with the procedure and the service that was provided by the staff at Gentle Dental. I would recommend Gentle Dental to my family, friends, and coworkers. The service that is provided here is top notch. Thank you Lindarosa, Angelica, and Dr. Valdes for making my trip to the dentist a pleasant one.

Terrible customer service, unprofessional and unorganized. Called to make an appointment for emergency dental work was told by the receptionist that my insurance was covered with this provider. Provided my insurance information the next day. So I call same day to verify location and I am told they have been calling me to get my insurance info which I received not one missed call nor any voicemails for that matter. And I had already provided it 3 days prior to my appointment date. So then i am told the provider does not take my type of insurance. So now I am needing to look for another provider that does. Not only is this inconvenient to me but also a waist of my time and more time being delayed having 2 broken teeth one on each side barely being able to chew on either side. So thank you so much gentle dental for your unprofessionalism my tooth aches very much appreciate all your attention to detail and great customer service!

I’ve been a patient at gentle dental Marana for several years now they have outstanding customer service from the office manager Lindarosa and Theresa the TC to Joseph the hygienist did an amazing job on my cleaning today I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Great service and friendly staff from the moment you walk in until you walk out. Great communication leading up to your appointment. Best dental care I have ever received.
