I called to see if they could just reline my bottom dentures with soft liner. I already have it and it is deteriorated. The lady said I would have to pay for my first visit and most likely have to buy new dentures. Well no thanks.

The only thing I had a problem with was that the lady I spoke to at call center told me Aspen Dental tool most insurances , when her response should have been to call the local office.
All staff was wonderful! They explained everything to me in a clear concise fashion and gave me an approximate price for their findings before I left. The front desk ladies were also great and patient.
I hope I can work something out with my insurances so that I can follow their recommendations.

My first appointment if I had to rate it out of five stars, for me it was TEN STARS! Everyone was super nice, very helpful, answered any and all questions I had(which was not many considering they answered them without me even asking because of how informative they were), very professional, came up with a plan for my teeth over time. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Aspen and will be making them my home dentist. ♥

After over a year they still will not return over $1000 I had paid towards my service that was never used. They will not return it without a nondisclosure signed by me.

This Aspen Dental is filled with such sweet people! I love how there are so many different personalities in one place and yet the come together so effortlessly to help you with whatever it is you’re going through. It felt like there was no judgement and I have to say that was a blessing because I really dropped the ball when it came to the health of my teeth. So naturally I was embarrassed, but they ensured me that things happen and all we can do now is be aware and make the changes necessary for my teeth. Just go! They (yes the whole staff) will take great care of you! From the front office to the dental chair, they got you covered! 💕

This was my first visit with a free exam, and I added a consultation to see where I would need to go from there, and the entire staff from waking in the door all the way until checking out was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome. I have a tendency to get really nervous going to dentists and doctor offices and by the time I left, I felt as if I had known the whole team for years. My next appointment I will walk in without hesitation no doubt! Excellent team, very average on cost, and I expect to have great quality care coming from such amazing staff. Would recommend to anyone!

My exam was a little later than appointment time, but, no problem. In talking to attendants, I immediately admitted to being lax and neglect in my dental routine.
So, I didn’t really appreciate lecturing I received regarding details about it, such as how often and if my electric tooth brush was worn.
Otherwise, relations went well and I was given full details of recommended work to be done.
I did notice a charge for a tooth brush for $135.00, which I will discuss on Monday when I go in for cleaning.
My electric tooth brush is fine and I expect a credit for the one listed.

My name is Diane and I am a chicken when it come to going to the dentist, but my experience with Aspen Dental and Holly especially made ,y experience as smooth as butter. Let me tell you about Holly. She has the most wonderful personality. She calmed my shattered nerves. She walked me through each step telling me what to expect each time. She talked calmly and was genuinely concerned about my welfare. She listened to me, she gave me her undivided attention. She was gentle. She was reassuring in every way. I walked away from my experience today confident that they care about me and the health of my teeth and gums. Great big hugs and kisses to the group of Aspen Dental, especially Holly.
