Made an appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed. Asked for sedation because Im terrified of dentists and even more terrified of oral surgery. I get there an hour early (as they had instructed me to do). An hour and a half later, Im still sitting there and no one has spoken to me at all. I go up and ask about my sedation and the whole staff looks confused. They finally give me 2 small pills that did absolutely nothing for me. Although the oral surgeon and his assistant were very sweet and did a great job, I was paralyzed with fear and cried and shook through the whole procedure. It was a nightmare. Just know if you think youre going to have a typical wisdom teeth extraction where you recieve IV sedation, you aren't. If you are scared of the dentist, do NOT use Aspen Dental

Also the surgeon only ended up removing 2 of my 3 teeth but you have to pay up front so I already paid (an insanely high price) for a tooth that wasn't removed.

I first became a patient at Aspen on August 31st of 2020. I dropped my top denture .and a tooth fell out. They were very nice and glued it back in for me. It later fell out and I had to glue it in again myself. On that same day, I talked to them about making a new top denture for me. They took impressions that same day and I thought I had found the right people. I also decided to have 9 teeth extracted and a partial for the bottom made. The teeth have been extracted . It is now November 21 and I don't have a top denture or a partial for the bottom. The staff seems nice but the time this is taking to complete is ridiculous.

If it was possible to give this place 0 stars that is exactly what I would do. As yesterday my elderly mother had an appointment and waited an hour and a half in the back for the dentist to come. The dentist did not listen to her concerns, only wanted to sell her on a pair of new dentures. As did the staff. When brought back to office staff to discuss prices of a realignment, which is where dentist told her she could find out the price for a realignment. A male staff member would not give her a price for that and instead kept pressuring/pushing her to buy a new set. Which she said she did not want. The male staff, then without her permission, ran her credit and presented her with payment options for dentures that she did not want and had repeatedly said she did not want and was only inquiring about the cost of a realignment. I am appalled that this company would take advantage of people this way and push their sales over the request of the customers. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB, making a report for elderly abuse scam and contacting Channel 7 on your side.

New customer special was given to me which was great, along with Military credit. I scheduled for one day and they tell me it is another day. I reschedule for a 10am and I am there 3 hours for a cleaning. They are double & triple stacking appt's. I was told they were extra busy because they were closed but even at that you do not schedule appt's. one on top of the other, you have to space time between them.
All the staff was super nice and polite so it has to be the company policy for that to happen. I have NEVER had anyone do that and I admit I got very mad about it. Cleaning personal was with one person and there was another before she saw me. At least 40 mins to do the cleaning. I can figure the timing on that myself. BAD IDEA!!!!

The staff was very nice but not a good experience when I went to find out the total. The lady never told me the price of how much my work was going to be until they ran a credit check. If you go thinking you will have it paid off in a year good luck. If don't have insurance I do not recommend.b

I'm from out of town,we made a call to them for a very irritating tooth that should have been taken care of correctly at home,at my dentist, but they just tried to pacify me. After getting there ,they had me do some paperwork and were able to get me in,in short time and before long the horrible pain I had was gone and was able to have the rest of a great weekend. I can't thank the Dr.and his staff enough for getting me in and reliving the pain I had. Thank you, Thank you Thank you

My husband used Aspen dental in Conway and it was amazing. So when I seen Cabot finally had one I was quick to go. The aides were terrific. Sweet ladies and very cheerful. I didn't care for the Doctor nor the office manager. I heard to doc tell one of the aides he didn't want to work through lunch and continued on extracting someone else's tooth. My appointment was at 10:30 and I was there for quite a while before I seen him. So when he did come to assist me, he rushed through my appointment. I told him i'd like two of my tooth close together extracted. One is deteriorating at the gum line and one is chipped pretty bad. He checked and said nothing seems to be wrong with the tooth I said was deteriorating. I can stick my nail under my tooth and it is a throbbing tooth. So that tells me he didn't bother to really look. I am no dentist but I live with my teeth everyday. I am pretty sure there is a problem there. This was definitely not the service my husband got in Conway. When it came to seeing the office manager, again I was being rushed. I advised him my insurance card is coming any day. He kept talking about the dental first financing. I told him I will have insurance. Again, with the dental first. He said when you are ready to make an appointment to do some work let us know. I told him I am ready now. He said we are done, have a good day and left the room and then came back and worked on his computer. Throughout the meeting he hardly made eye contact. With both the doctor and the office manager I was being rushed. Again, my appointment was at 10:30 am. Maybe they are better after lunch or early morning. But if you have an appointment anywhere near lunch, I guess to expect to get rushed rudely. I don't hold Aspen accountable. Each location is different based on staff. You will still get my business. Except you will get it in Conway. I live in Cabot and Conway is worth the drive to me. I would give Conway 5 stars. Cabot only 3 only because of the rest of the staff was awesome.

I had an implant crown placed by Dr. Peek and his very sweet, bubbly, amazing, and well trained assistant Michelle!! They did such an amazing job and are just so awesome to work with!!! My tooth looks amazing! I can actually smile and not be embarrassed anymore!! Thank you guys so very much!!!! From a very happy patient!!! Love you guys!!❤❤

The dentist and his assistant were wonderful, and they answered my questions. I was so excited to get started on my new smile. Till I had to talk to the financial representative. He was rude and kept cutting my husband and I off. Every time he did allow us to talk, he wasn’t listening. So we got up and left. I honestly believe if you want over $6000.00 from me you have a better financial representative.
