Not sure what happened but this has to be the most painful extraction I've ever had. My jaw hurts all the way up to my ear and I have NEVER been in this much pain afterwards. I've given 2 stars only because everyone was so nice but I honestly think it's because they want your money.. I will never go back, ever.
Edit: I had my extraction Tuesday, it's now Saturday and my jaw is STILL in a great amount of pain. I can barely chew even on the good side of my mouth. Not sure if it was the shots or what but this is unacceptable. There's nothing I can even do about it because I signed all that paperwork.

Went to Conway location for severe tooth pain. Was sent home with 3 days of pain meds and antibiotics and told to schedule extraction and root canal with Cabot office. Cabot's closest appointment was over a week out. Mind you - I have a week of excruciating pain ahead of me until they can do some of the work and I ask for something to manage it until then. They send in more antibiotics and told me to manage with ibuprofen - which does little to nothing...
And you want me to pay YOU $9000? To suffer? No thanks!
Edit: I'll take a hard pass on that. Y'all did the extraction, left a gaping hole in my jaw and guess what? Ibuprofen! Zero aftercare of the patient once they leave the office. Won't be back

UPDATE: JUST GOT ANOTHER BILL FOR $104! IN ADDITION, IT'S COST ME 34 POINTS AGAINST MY CREDIT SCORES!! NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! IM SURE I'M NOT THEIR FIRST VICTIM!!
I went to get a simple extraction and paid $130. 2 weeks after, I received an additional bill of $105. This was a complete shock since I already paid the agreed amount. Be careful when you go there, they'll run your credit to get you to pay more than I thought. Won't go back!!!

The employees were so kind & well driven with their words. The only hard thing for me to explain to them was the wreck I had nearly 19 years ago & that I've been disabled ever since. But I'm on an excellent payment plan & am very happy with them.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday during my new patient appointment. The assistants Lindsey and Courtney were great during my x-Rays. As well as Savannah the hygienist. Then I met with Dr D who is a really thorough and sweet soul. Lastly, I met with the office Manager Eddie who broke the treatment plan down and went over different options to ensure quality treatment and efficient appointments.

I loved Aspen Dental in the Cabot location. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They sat me down and told me exactly what I would need to improve my smile and we worked out a game plan together. The. They informed me of the exact amount I would need to pay for the work to be done. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and it seemed like they all cared about their patients.

Aspen Dental was conveniently located and was able to schedule me as a new patient with their easy to use online portal. The technicians were polite, professional and efficient. Appointment was not rescheduled and they coordinate with my insurance provider.

Very friendly environment the woman seemed like mom cared for my comfort asking if I was ok throughout the xrays the dr was great Dr.D,she made sure I was understanding all my options the cost difference and everything. Great experience. Except for the condition of my teeth but that is not your fault at all that relys solely on me. But also the woman as u were checking out she was great too see let me know options and also explained what my insurance covers so that was great and she had concern for the costs for me.
