We have been going here for almost 3 years, and that includes my young children. They have been professional, honest and just wonderful for us. I am sure that mistakes have been made and grumpy days have occurred to cause the few bad reviews. All and all we thoroughly enjoy all the people who work here and have had great experiences thus far. I would and have recommended them to friends and would if any family lived in the area. ;)

Stumbled upon Edwards while I was seeing my dermatologist upstairs, and I’m so glad I did. They were able to fit me in for a cleaning the day after I called because of a cancellation. The staff was incredibly nice, their office space was very modern and clean, and the wait time was very reasonable. My hygienist, Leslie, was friendly and did a great job explaining what she was doing as she did it. At the end I saw Dr. Grace and she was lovely and competent, like the rest of the staff. Even though I happened upon Edward’s by chance, I will continue to go here for as long as I’m in Little Rock. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend Edwards Family Dentistry. The office is clean and welcoming. Staff is friendly. Both dentists are professional, patient, and great at what they do. We have options for dentistry within five minutes of our home, but we choose to drive 25 minutes (50 minutes round trip) to this office because we appreciate the time and care we receive. They are a family-owned office, and treat you like family when you are there.

Great dentist duo team and staff! Everyone there is super friendly and fun to talk to. Both dentists are very knowledgeable, highly-skilled, and personable. I've been going to this office since before it was Edwards Family Dentistry. The Dentists who took over have been just as helpful, understanding and have provided excellent customer service. Jan who has been my hygienist for many years is very gentle and proficient. Dr. Matt helped me solve a problem with my crown and now I have no issues with it. Bethany at the front desk always so kind and helpful. I can honestly say I enjoy going to the dentist because of Jan, Dr. Grace, Dr. Matt and Bethany.

My wife and I drive across town to get our dental work done. I cant imagine going anywhere else. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. The dentists are amazing! I actually look forward to going in and seeing them. Arent too many dentist that you can say that about!

I'd agree with the one bad review about the bad receptionist. The other two are nice Crystal and?? I was happy they were able to get me in asap to clean my teeth and fix a tooth. Satisfied with the tooth work. However I was lied to about the pricing. Even though I clearly asked. $200 for a cleaning and xray. The dentist should come in and look at your xray if that is what u are paying for? But he charges for that. But doesn't tell you. Further he doesn't measure your gums in a cleaning. I thought this was bizarre and lazy. Ive never not had them checked in a cleaning. I would go back. I'd just get all prices and services in writing first. Nothing verbal counts there. I feel my work was decent though. No complaints on that! And they got me in quick.

This is the absolute best dentist office in central Arkansas. Dentists and staff are always so friendly and accommodating. My family and I refuse to go to anyone else. Only reason I can see that they aren't 5 star on google is because Google allows children to post reviews.
