I've seen Dr.Benjamin for a few years now, he's extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and gives honest opinions on any concerns. He makes sure you're taken care of, and will try his best to make your experience as comfortable and affordable as possible. The other staff members are very kind, friendly and welcoming as well. The office is super clean. I highly recommend Lu Dental Care!

I just got my cleanings done few days ago in this dental office and I would love to say that their service is absolutely excellent. Staffs are very friendly especially Tao. She guided me through every form that I need to complete and other things as well.
Definitely coming back when my next appt is due!

Haven’t been to the dentist since the start of Covid so i was a little scared going to a new dr but man this place was great. They are friendly nice and most importantly very clean with all the things they do.

Me and my boyfriend just started going here and we both love it. The front staff is really nice and welcoming when you walk in. The dentist and assistants are all really nice as well and talk you through what going on and explain everything when done with procedure. Would definitely recommend going here.

I visited the office because toothache and also I didn’t clean my teeth for more than a year. There was so much tartar. The dentist was so patiently help me clean all out。Susan is one of the dentist assistant. She did a great job when I visit. She helped me wipe out water in my face during cleaning. After cleaning she polished my teeth softly made it look nice and put some medicine in the tooth that was hurting. When I got home. My toothache gone. I recommend to go this office

The service is so gentle and patience, appointments on time, and won’t let you wait too long in line (if you have the appointment). What I like the most is that they can speak English, Chinese, and Cantonese. It is the fastest, convenient dental I’ve ever seen.

Beware of this dentist. I post 1 star review on this dentist, due to the bad experiences that my wife had with them, and i was harrased by one of the nurse. I still have the date and time i received their phone call. they paid yelp to removed it. Thats shows that this dentist is even worst than i thought. Yelp said it's not my firsthand experience, never trust yelp review as well. I have report them to the the Bureau of Consumer affair. I have taken all the evidence. I can keep on posting the 1 star everytime the review was removed.

My wife came in for check up due to her toothache. There are so many things are wrong with this place, especially the nurse.
1. Her appointment is at 2pm, and she didnt go in until after 3pm.
2. The nurse is not the doctor, but she said my wife did not clean her teeth for so many years, and yet my wife washed her teeth every 3 to 6 months. The nurse kept on pushing my wife to do a deep cleaning which cost $720 cash. Trying to scam the IRS?
3. I requested a copy of the my xray, and she said it cost $20 to get one. WTH? That xray is her personal record.

I would not recommend this place. Stay away if you can.

Both Dr. Lu had always provided professional and unbiased recommendations and services to their patients.

I can attest to my own experiences as I have extended works done due to years of my own neglect.

It is a very family oriented environment. Staffs are both friendly and professional. Highly recommended if you are looking for a new dentist.

This place is great. Very fast and efficient and very clean. I haven’t been to the dentist in a few years and they didn’t shame me for it. Highly recommended.
