Dr. Lu is the best dentist I’ve had the pleasure of visiting in my 39 years of my life. He is very thoughtful, kind, and patient. His hours are flexible and his staff are great as well.
My teeth FEEL very clean after a basic cleaning.

I went to Dr. Lu for new dentures. He put a lot care into making sure the dentures work for me. Thank goodness because it is hard to find good dentist in area. Staff is nice and helpful. Cannot recommend Dr. Lu and his team enough.

I visited the office of Dr Lu when I started experiencing pain in my jaw. Dr Lu referred me to an awesome, affordable office to do my root canal. Then, I returned to have my crown done by Dr Lu and his staff. Everyone in the office was very kind. I found the dental assistant (tech?) Alan and Dr Cao to be superbly comforting though. Pricing was very fair and the work done was great. I hope I won’t have to have another lengthy procedure done but if I do, I would absolutely return to the offices of Dr Lu.

the experience very great over here. dentist being patient and honest. he always explain the whole situation to patient. every time when i finished examination, he will tell me about my teeth's condition, to show me the teeth picture at before and after filling. they are also follow your insurance company and your economic problem and they will give you the best solution. and the assistant are nice. they polish your teeth very comfortable and clean. the office and the inside looks clean too. i recommand this place a lot!

Lu dental care are the best. The staff especially; theyre professional, kind, one point with customer service and will work with you in your dental care. Dr. Ben Lu works with care and sensitive to patients comfort. He will answer any question to put your mind at ease. In regards to client care his professional opinions are valid and concise (he does not up sell for profits but recommends based on function and aesthetics). Language is not a barrier.

I had a bad experience at Western dental and recently switched to Dr. Lu. I am so glad we did! The parking was decent and the office appeared to be updated and clean. Dr. Lu had really great bedside manner. He was great with my 4 year old son and eased any anxiety's that i may have had. He had good recomendations for my son and not only took care of what was needed right away, but preventative measures as well. Also, the staff at the front desk was very helpful and polite.

At arrival, I was able to check into my appointment very quickly to get started with my teeth cleaning.The whole process from setting my appointment to finishing the teeth cleaning procedure was excellent! All the staff were friendly and professional. They also give free goodies at the end such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, and floss.
