I went to Dr. Benjamin Lu’s dental office in Alhambra after a really bad experience at another dental office. From the first time I walked in the door I felt welcome. Dr. Lu listened to my concerns and took great care of me. I have continued to go to Dr. Lu’s office for my dental care. The entire team is very welcoming and make sure that your are comfortable. I went today for a cleaning and it was painless. I highly recommend Dr. Benjamin Lu and his team, they’ll take great care of you and your dental needs.

Staff is very friendly and office is very clean which I appreciate. Dr. Lu is really knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. Would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

Update: I had two of my wisdom teeth taken out today and it was a fine experience. They chipped my other molar while extracting out the wisdom tooth, but it's fine and they were able to smooth it out. The other two wisdom teeth needs to be taken out by an oral surgeon, so I was told I need a referral for it today but never received it. It slipped both our minds, so I'll call back later for it! Lastly, there was a new dental technician/assistant that wasn't very familiar with taking x-rays today, so of course that took longer than expected. The dental technician seemed nervous and ended up taking an x-ray of the ceiling at some point - that made my day 😆 - but overall they're very nice people! I hope my appointment today helped with their training and provide to the learning experience.

I took my 2 years old boy here to check his teeth. All the staffs are so nice and friendly. They love and care about little kids. Before I come, I was worried if my boy would be scared and don’t corporate, but after I arrive here, I know I don’t need to worry about that, cus my son really like here. The dentist and other staffs are all very patient and professional. I already made an appointment for next time visit. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Lu and his team of dental assistants are absolutely amazing. This was my first visit to a U.S. dentist since moving from abroad, and I am so happy that I found these specialists. I was well informed, provided with all the comfort one could want at a dentist’s office, and most importantly, I laughed a lot. Thank you and see you soon!

I've had a great experience with both of my experiences with Dr. Lu. The first appointment was to do a cleaning and the second appointment was to do a follow-up filling replacement following the initial appointment. Check-in for both appointments were very fast and I was treated very professionally by the Dr. Lu and the rest of his staff.

Would definitely recommend Dr. Lu to anyone looking for a dentist for their routine cleanings!

The chair was so comfortable that while I fell alseep LOL. But overall I was very pleased with my experience, the doctors were thorough and polite.

I was greeted warmly when I arrived. Everything was explained clearly and I felt like I was in control of the care I was going to receive. I was given choices. Totally professional from the word Go!
