I cant believe they have a person like Alexandra working at a professional place. The doctor is a nice person. He did make a mistake with me but was very professional and courteous; however the lady with too much plastic surgery that looks like a blow up doll is so rude. When I had to go to another dentist to correct what they could not fix. I a had to call them back to make sure I wasn't paying twice for the same procedure. Well she answered and was so rude I could not believe I was hearing what she was saying. actually calling me ignorant for asking for a description of charges. I don't know if there is a place to report someone like her but the fact the doctor allows such a horrible person to represent his office makes ose respect for him.

This place is a completely a ripoff.
The lady (Alejandra) is super rude and she treats clients with no respect. They are so unprofessional because when people ask for a summary of the procedures they are going to do, she denies to give it them. She takes advantage of people and I know I am not the only person that has experienced this. They did a unnecessary job to my mom just to take the money. To top it off the job they did to her was not a good job. We had to go to another dentist to get whatever they did to my mom fixed. She is super rude and has no ethic whatsoever. Just do a better research because she will take advantage of you if you’re not aware of your procedure and make sure you get informed. Ask for all your paperwork and double check before you sign any type of paperwork because just to take all the money she will manipulate things her way. Definitely the worst Unprofessional place and people to deal with.

Worst customer service
If you I could give this place 0 stars I would. My mother who is ill with cancer stage 4 had an appointment to get a tooth out. When she called to get information she was told that for the tooth removal it would be free because of a promotion . When arrived she got her x-rays done which she knew she had to pay for and was told that she need her teeth removed because of a tumor that is growing on her cheek. The guy at front desk was very rude when she approached him. He told her it wouldn’t be free without even bothering to check her if her insurance would cover the procedure. He proceeded to joke about her and said if in that case he could just yank her tooth out with his truck. All they care is about money and treat customers terrible not knowing what they are already suffering. I will be contacting BBB. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the way they treated my mother was unacceptable. I just can’t believe knowing the terrible news she received they decided to joke about it.

Excellent service. I was able to get a same day appointment, which is rare these days. Staff is caring and sensitive to your needs. The provider has "THE BEST" bedside manners one could hope for. Their prices are reasonable and they work with you if you don't have insurance. I highly recommend this place

I went in for an emergency. I had severe pain in one of my wisdom tooth. So long story short i had all four wisdom teeth removed and I waited about an hour to get taken into a room but the removal process was fast and painless. Really recommend coming here for extractions.

I definitely agree with Nancy’s review. This individual Alejandra has absolutely no work ethic. She doesn’t explain things correctly to patients in regards of their dental plans they can provide for them if qualified. My mother ranned into an issue with this individual and wanted to resolve it ASAP. I took her back to the office to resolve this matter in person since she didn’t return my mother phone call to discuss it over the phone. Apparently she was too busy for Her when my mother had called. This resulted for me to miss a day of work. We were approached by this individual and it was the most disappointing experience I’ve had to deal with. She is rude as can be and will talk back to you thinking she is a wise women. At some point I felt she thought my mother was ignorant in the way she was speaking to her. That’s when I felt really angry and decided to jump in the conversation. She is not professional at all patients waiting in the waiting room can hear her speaking to us in such a rude way. She won’t even let you speak at times and denies ever saying things she has previously said to us when she was questioned about it.I honestly didn’t want to deal with her so I spoke to the doctor. He was polite and professional and explained my mother didn’t have to pay anything. There had been a miscommunication between them two. I did let him know he has a horrible employee and that she also has bad reviews for his office. She still had the arrogance to say she only had one bad review. I think one is more than enough and she should be ashamed for it! The issue here is nothing else but her. Like I mentioned no work ethic and poor customer service.

Alejandra is the worst person to get procedure estimates from. My mother, a person who doesn't know anything about teeth procedures went in today to get an estimate on her dental work. They wanted to charge her at least $2,360. Alejandra also mentioned that if she were to use her insurance it would be more costly. Of course when it comes to your teeth money is not a problem. However, my mother called in someone who has actually worked at a doctors office for a second opinion on pricing. She realized Alejandra was just trying to give the best procedure that will benefit the office financially. We understand this is a buisness, but people should not be taken advantage of like this. Ultimately the alternative option that would have been sufficient enough to complete the procedure would have cost $640. This option was not offered by Alejandra. This option was not even mentioned until my mom's aquintance, who has worked in a dental office setting, brought it up. Everyone should get 2 or 3 estimate opinions before coming here. I strongly suggest people to be aware of what exactly is being done to them. Ultimately, my mom is a sweet woman, and she told me she would not be a fan of coming back to this place.

My parents went in yesterday on 8/30/18 and were told they would be seen. They were not explained that it would be a long wait. After 2 hours they asked when it would be their turn and were told they would be next. More patients coming in and they still were not seen once my dad asked the clerk he was told they would be next. After another patient was seen he talked again to the clerk asking about whether they were next if they took in another patient again before him. This time either the Manager or another clerk told him that they would have to wait and didn’t have an estimated time they would be seen. After more than 3hrs they are told this. Anyone would be frustrated if not told from the get go what to expect. Then the lady tells my dad that if he had come in with an appointment it might be different. So he asks about scheduling an appointment for the following day and is told he would still have to arrive early and that the wait might be the same. Super unprofessional not sure if they thought my parents were ignorant or what but Doctor needs to provide its staff training on customer service etiquette cause this office lacks it and doesn’t deserve your business no matter how cheap or affordable they may be.

If your a big cry baby about the dentist like I am you should go here. They where so polite, understanding, gentle, and caring about my teeth and my comfort. The doctor , the assistant, and nurses where so patient. I will be returning and strongly recommend them as well.
