My mom (Maria Gonzalez, from Kerman Ca) had an appointment at 1:00 on Sat, she signed in at 12:17, mind you she was not called up to the counter until 1:00, to take her Info and money, had her sit, while they called in an older couple that walked in at 12:55, whom they told the receptionist with a very heavy accent, in Spanish that they had to be somewhere by 2:00 and if they could be out by 1:30, she said to them that they would be out by that time. And called them in, they came out at 1:28, my mom asked the older man who had the dental work done if he had an appt, he said yes. That was my moms appt time he had just got there!,, she asked how much longer and they told her 2 more patients in front of her, my mom tried to explain what’s the point of the appointment, she had car trouble on top of that, so had to leave she was a bit rude, and took her money back, although she regretted her behavior she REALLY needed to see the dentist. The dentist needs to check the Chic with the heavy accent!!,,although I wouldn’t mind going to see her I heard her breast were Very noticeable👀👅

I took my mother to ask about a procedure and pricing. The girl that was bilingual that was "supposed" to help us came off as rude and unwelcoming.
She asked where we had previously gotten dental work done. When I answered in Guadalajara. She rolled her eyes, laughed, and used a rude tone talking about how poor of a job they do over there. (Nothing to do with what I asked, or on subject)
You guys have to get NICER people.
People who ACTUALLY want to work there.
Not wanna be barbies that dont even know what they are talking about.
We were ready to get our dental work done, and because of the poor service and attitude, im not comming back.

Ok let me first start off by saying that Alejandra is truly amazing. I had been in pain throughout the entire night and could not sleep, after trying several offices and being told I have to wait several weeks, my friend told me about this place. Alejandra was very professional and I spoke to her 3 times, asked about prices and of course she was not able to quote me over the phone. By that time, I did not care since I was in a lot of pain. She helped me with directions and finding the place. From the moment of stepping foot into office, she greeted me with a smile, help to fill out forms and took xrays. She charged me very good price and gave discount since I live paycheck to paycheck, I do not understand all the other reviews, fake news. Thank you for squeezing me in, I was going around office to office and being referred from one place to another, btw took doc 1 min to remove tooth. thankful, God bless

When I called this morning the very kind receptionist squeezed me at 11 am and mentioned it was not busy at that time and she was right! I was extremely scared, worried and crying but every single nurse made me feel better. Mr. Zaven Tobakyan my Dentist, explained everything to me (wisdom tooth extraction) . I felt 0 pain, literally I did not feel any pain and he was very very kind, patient, and just an overall amazing Dentist. Will most def. be going there from now on. I've never received such kind care. Thank you so much Team at Wellcare Dentistry. I really appreciate all of your kindness.

Extremely long waits. Got called in an hour and a half after my appointment on the not-so-busy day. The dentist was nice, but the assistant was so rude! She doesn’t explain everything thoroghly. Went in for a filling, they changed the price on me about 3 times. Just a waste of time! Also noticed the tools they use look old and not so clean. Won’t be going back!

I have worked in many different offices and Alejandra is very professional. Being a manger myself, I know she is striving for best for every patient and I come to this office because of the customer service. She explains the treatment very well, and many family and friends go to the office.

This place is good I was there waiting when this lady star yelling at Alejandra she answer polite like always but the lady choose to make a show I was impress w the way Alejandra manage the situation I would have reacted different, I have always being treated w respect an I am happy w the treatment they had provide for me and my family the Dr is good and everyone explains everything before you decide to star the treatment.
