Dr Tommy Harris is a pro. He is caring and seemingly knows everything about his patients. Staff is friendly and courteous. I still have a lot of work to do, but feel confident with Dr. Tommy in my corner. Dr. Tommy is the greatest! First appt with them and it was a great experience! All the staff members are very nice. My technician Bridgett; was very kind, gentle and walked me through everything she was doing. Dr James was my dentist, great first impression and overall experience. He was very gentle, checked on me and walked me through what he was doing. He was honest with treatment and recommendations. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
Had an appt 2 weeks later for a cleaning and filler replaced. The both Dr James and the hygienist Michelle, did an AMAZING job! Was not painful. Both checked on me while doing procedures and my teeth already look and feel so much better!

Rachael, the dental hygienist, was so considerate and kind. I had come in for a cleaning with a migraine. Rachael turned off the room lights and brought me a water to help. On top of that she was always checking to make sure I was comfortable. By the time I left I felt so much better! Thank you!

I am new to Nelsen Family Dentistry. I had a broken front tooth and needed a crown, desperately. I've had crowns before, but the experience was never enjoyable, but this one was. Yes, enjoyable. Something I didn't expect at a dentist office. I found Dr. John an amazing craftsman. The crown he made for me is superb. It blends in so well with my other teeth you cannot tell it's not the real McCoy. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Thank you Dr. John for giving me back my smile.
