It was surprising to me that none of your personal wore masks. There are a lot of us out here that are immunized compromised. Covid is not gone it’s just that people are testing at home so they’re not reported as much. It was very disappointing to me especially when the dentist walked in and he didn’t even have a mascon. I checked with my oncologist before I came to have my teeth cleaned and he said it would be fine because he knows that the dentist will have masks on. Well they didn’t. And it was very expensive it was $300 just to have x-rays and get my teeth cleaned last year
the year before when I did it it was a lot less expensive. I’m sorry I don’t have more positive things to say to you.

Like many people, I tend to get nervous when going to a dentist. As a child my teeth didn’t want to grow in correctly, resulting in many procedures and surgeries.
I went to several dentists in Chico before finding Nelsen Family Dentistry. I cannot say enough about how great they made me feel during my visits, and not just the dentist, but every staff member there. I was always treated like I was a member of their family, with kindness and professionalism. My fear of going to a dentist quickly vanished.

This was my first time going to Nelson family dental. My last experience with a dentist didn’t go real well, so I was very nervous for my visit. This was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Tommy was very gentle, nice and professional. The staff was extremely patient with me asking them a lot of questions. The hygienist was excellent! I am very pleased with this office and am already recommending people to come here.
