Advanced Dental Care

The staff was extremely friendly and nice. The office was clean and I did not have to wait for my appointment. They even started my deep clean on the spot, rather than having to make multiple appointments. Would 10/10 recommend.

So glad I found Dr. Jergensen at Advanced Dental Care! He's thorough and thoughtful when it comes to your treatment. I have short roots genetically and he made sure anything I needed would not affect my teeth negatively. I couldn't recommend him and his team more!

Dr. Jorgensen and staff are extremely friendly, gentle, professional and also helpful with insurance and payment options. I can truly say Jeremy is the Best Dentist I ever have been too. I have had two crowns done by him and a bridge and was painless. I am grateful for him and his staff.

I had an appointment yesterday my front filling and tooth cracked. Dr Jorgensen and his staff are open for Dental Emergencies only right now. I was able to be seen the next day. I had such a great experience. My teeth look better than before. Dr Jorgensen is the best Dentist I have ever been to and I have seen many didn't dentists since I am now 57. I will never change. I recommend him to my family neighbors and friends. You can email or call the office for an appointment. I emailed office on Sunday and was able to get response in less than ten minutes text message. I chose my appointment. He is located in Costa Mesa off Bristol near 55 and 405. If you have family, friends looking for an Advanced Dentist give them a call. His staff is just as friendly and caring. He never tries to up sell. He gives you options and allows you to pick. I was pleasantly surprised yesterday at the affordable dental work I had done. Both my husband Ricky and I both go to him. He accepts a variety of insurance and also accepts cash too.

I went in the get my wisdom tooth extracted! I have had one tooth extracted before and The experience I had at Advanced dental care was WAYY BETTER! I highly recommend them. The staff is extremely nice and the the service is very fast and affordable. Plus there office is beautiful! I’m very impressed with this place.

Dentists usually aren't on the top of the list of doctor types I'd like to see; but everyone who works here makes the whole experience good. No scare or push tactics; they only recommend what really needs to be worked on.

I visit them quarterly for my regular dental cleaning and every now and then we fix whatever needs attention at that time. I also had my Invisalign treatment at this office a couple of years ago and I'm still very happy with the results.

Go try them, you won't regret it. :)

I came in on a Wednesday and got a last minute cleaning. From start to finish was very satisfied with the service and Kim N is a great asset to this business. She cleaned my teeth and was also very careful to address all my concerns with great patience. She's also very personable and makes you feel relaxed. Would recommend.

Office was clean, staff seemed competent. Hygienist was very friendly and thorough.

I had to sign online forms initially, which I thought was cool and modern... Until I came to one that gave them permission to share my data and health records for what I took to be marketing partnership purposes. The form said "Optional" but you couldn't move on until you signed. This really bothered me, so I signed "Refused to sign." Hope they pay attention and never sell my info!

During my visit, waaaaay too much of my time was taken up with sales pitches. First the hygienist was politely pushing a $200+ cleaning procedure that insurance doesn't cover (and I have good insurance). The dentist barely looked at my teeth and then spent most of my consultation trying to sell me the same procedure. Sorry doc, that's not what I'm paying you for.

Finally, I received a card in the mail a few days later. Signed with the male Dr's name in what was obviously a woman's hand. It would be a nice gesture, except that it just reinforced my perception of fake sincerity disguising a business that is really just about making money.

Oh... and as far as my review being the only non-5 star (at the time of writing), they offer some free stuff in return for writing a review and giving them those 5 stars.

TL/DR: The dentist and staff seemed competent and organized. However, this dentist failed to make me feel confident that my oral health was the Dr's primary concern. Instead, I feel they would sell me something I didn't need just to increase the bottom line. I won't be going back.

All of the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Jorgenson is easy to talk to and makes me feel at ease as a patient. It's always easy to schedule an appointment at relatively short notice (within a week or less!) and I never have to wait long after I arrive for an appointment.

I’ve never met a group of people who cared so much about you and made sure you were their focus throughout your whole visit. Even though I generally only visit twice a year, the staff always remembers who I am and any preferences I have. I hate having to repeat the same stories or tell the assistant that my teeth are sensitive so I don’t want cold water. I met Dr. Jorgenson on my last visit. Very cool guy. He now owns the practice and you can tell he really cares about giving you quality and not trying to rip you off. Great office.

They are warm and chill at the same time. Warm in heart, they treat me very careful and shown a lot of care on my visit. By chill I mean they answered a lot of my stupid questions patiently and professionally! Over all really satisfied!
