I got my Invisalign and I’ve really seeing a noticeable difference after 3 months. I’ve talked with other people with Invisalign and they don’t have to consistently check in. They normally get all the trays in one go. Here they give you a few at a time and you check in every month or 2 months. I think it’s great because they will let you know how well you’re doing and rearrange some things if needed. - DaVonte’ Matthews

El segundo dentistry has been amazing. Great customer service. I had an accident at work that required some dental work and was refer to this dentistry. The receptionist was even kind enough to offer my son a snack while he waited on the lobby. Since then I transferred my care there. I live in a different county but is well worth the drive about 122 miles round trip to be exact. Who likes to go to the dentist? Well I didn’t because of pain. But I don’t know how they do it that I have no pain during a procedure. This is why I recommend this dentist. You should definitely give them a try.

Beware at this place!!!!!!!! The "positive" ratings provided seem very fake. Do not come here, I would give them a 0 if I could. Where to begin with this place. 1) I arrived and the person who was taking my x-rays would not clean the machinery before/ and after using it letting her dirty gloves touch everything without providing a thorough clean. 2.) red flag #2 the dentist that I saw was not the dentist that I thought would treat me, they are not the owner ( I didn't realize this until afterwards) 3.) I was told I had 3 cavities ( I went to the dentist a few months previously and I was told I had zero cavities) 4.) the dentist spent nearly 2 hrs doing the fillings and I left with an insane amount of pain, being a person who regularly goes to the dentist I have never experienced such pain, I left with my mouth bleeding and still haven't been able to eat after 4 days that I went in. I had to ask for gauze because they didn't even provide me anything for my mouth. I was supposed to go in 2 wks later for a ceramic fill, but after seeing what I experienced and still experiencing I canceled the appointment. Guess what they did next? they had actually charged me for that already. A nearly $400 charge for something they didn't do to me and nearly $1000 charge on my insurance. After speaking with them they told me they would provide a refund only if I sign their "agreement form. " This is where it gets good... It's almost ridiculous that they think people don't know how to read and that people don't know basic rights. In short the "agreement" they gave me stated that when I signed their document that "I agree to remain confidential" and cannot post negative reviews on any social media platform including this one (that's why you don't see many negative reviews right?) and that I agree to hold them unaccountable for any wrongdoing on their end etc... Considering they are the ones who are basically stealing money from me and my insurance where does all the nonsense on their said "agreement" come from? (keep in mind they willingly charged themselves for something that had not been done yet) Please people, know your rights, you don't have to sign something you don't want to and if you don't want treatment at any point you can refuse it. I refused the second portion of the treatment after I realized they didn't do a good job and now for life my teeth may be severely damaged. As of April 11th 2022 I have yet to receive a proper response from them, but as I am writing this message I hope they can take a glance and respond. If you have any communications with these people make sure you keep all documents that you sign and to look at what you sign and if at any point they did something you feel like it was wrongfully done know that you can REPORT a dentist to the CALIFORNIA BOARD OF DENTISTRY. Again if you read this far please look elsewhere ( keep in mind they are a large company with more offices, I would make the assumption that they are approximately equally bad so I would avoid them as well). I had been putting off going to the dentist for a while because I would always get really bad gag reflexes when it came time to doing my X-rays. But this time was completely different, the staff here was very careful and understanding of my problem and managed to take my X-rays quickly and without any issues! These were the most seamless X-rays I have gotten taken at any dentist office! Dr. Spetcu was super nice, and he made me feel like he genuinely cared about my well-being, and staff member Cat finished my deep cleaning soon after. I’ll be coming back soon for my teeth whitening!

I had a few things done here and the overall experience has been excellent! Two root canals both with NO pain, one from a pretty women dentist with big beautiful hair and the other from Dr.Mach who was super polite, did a GREAT job at numbing and worked super fast. The dental assistant is always down to hold my hand when I’m getting numbed (don’t act like you’re not scared of the dentist) and Melissa is new but she’s sooooo personable!! I liked the other lady but she seemed a bit pushy (although nice) where Melissa is just a sweetheart who’s owner mind giving you time to think, figure it out and get it done. The other women Adriana is very nice, well spoken and both are very pretty. I wasn’t going to come after I heard my original dentist left (I have trust issues lol!) but this office is great, does great work and I don’t feel scammed. 5 stars, will def be back. :)

Haven't had to wait longer than 10 minutes and the staff have been friendly and professional with me. Small office but they keep it clean and looks nice. Cat the dental assistant made me feel comfortable and was friendly to make the process more enjoyable and Doctor Petcu was very professional and patient. Has done great work on my crowns.

I was nervous visiting the dentist for a tooth extraction but Eddie and Dr. S was so awesome in working with me and trying to keep me calm. Highly recommend going here again. And plus staff was awesome too can’t forget about them.

Walking in I was immediately welcomed by Valerie - very welcoming and lovely, helped my mother with the coffee machine and any other needs to make her comfortable for my appointment.
I was escorted by Cheyenne who then took my x-rays and made sure I was comfortable and at ease.
After the X-rays I was seen by their Doctor, Hamid Barkhordar and it went very well. Told me my options and worked around my wants and needs.
Once I was done with the doctor, I decided to go through the process of getting my braces and their financial advisor, Vanessa, and she was very knowledgeable and willing to work with my budget on what the insurance didn’t cover.
Hands down, Great first impression and I am excited to start this process with this wonderful team

Amazing office starting from the front to the back! Staff super friendly! Dr Bavar is absolutely the best!!! Got my braces started though them and everything went very smooth the assistant Wendy is amazing she explained everything she was doing so I ,I would highly recommend this place Vanessa The Ortho Manager was great at helping with finance and payment plan.
